Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 6 de octubre de 2025.\u2014 Conducir un veh\u00edculo motorizado, m\u00e1s que un privilegio, es una gran responsabilidad con uno mismo, con la familia y con toda la comunidad, afirm\u00f3 la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz al clausurar el Tercer Curso de Manejo Te\u00f3rico y Pr\u00e1ctico, en el que 30 ciudadanas y ciudadanos portomorelenses concluyeron su capacitaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Durante la ceremonia, la Alcaldesa entreg\u00f3 constancias que acreditan 50 horas de capacitaci\u00f3n y que las y los participantes cuentan con las herramientas te\u00f3ricas y pr\u00e1cticas necesarias para conducir con seguridad, facilitando adem\u00e1s la obtenci\u00f3n de su licencia de manejo.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cCuenten con nosotros para seguir siendo mejores ciudadanos y automovilistas. Apliquen lo aprendido recordando que un error o una distracci\u00f3n al volante pueden cambiar vidas. Pronto renovaremos la se\u00f1al\u00e9tica en todo el municipio para reforzar la prevenci\u00f3n de accidentes\u201d, anunci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Blanca Merari reconoci\u00f3 el trabajo del secretario de Seguridad Ciudadana, Manuel Alejandro Nava Garc\u00eda, y del director de Tr\u00e1nsito y Vialidad, Jorge Luis Villegas Cerino, por organizar estos cursos que fortalecen la educaci\u00f3n vial y fomentan una conducci\u00f3n responsable entre la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\u201cEstos cursos brindan los conocimientos b\u00e1sicos y fundamentales para manejar con responsabilidad. Nuestro objetivo es claro: prevenir accidentes y proteger la integridad f\u00edsica de todos los usuarios de la v\u00eda p\u00fablica\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

El curso, impartido del 18 de agosto al 26 de septiembre en las instalaciones de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana, incluy\u00f3 m\u00f3dulos sobre Educaci\u00f3n vial, Manejo a la defensiva, Alcoholemia, T\u00e9cnicas de conducci\u00f3n segura, Tipos de accidentes y su prevenci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como responsabilidad administrativa, civil y penal en caso de percances.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, el secretario municipal Manuel Alejandro Nava Garc\u00eda destac\u00f3 que conducir brinda independencia y acceso a m\u00e1s oportunidades, pero tambi\u00e9n exige una alta conciencia sobre los riesgos y responsabilidades que implica.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cEstos cursos salvan vidas. Ense\u00f1an a reaccionar ante situaciones de riesgo, a manejar bajo lluvia, de noche o en tr\u00e1fico intenso, y a interpretar correctamente las se\u00f1ales y normas actualizadas de tr\u00e1nsito\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

De manera simb\u00f3lica, recibieron sus constancias Gelmy Uribe Estrella, Yanet Marisol Canto Salas, Mauricio Rojo Pluma, Mar\u00eda Marlene Pat Coll\u00ed y Gabriela Alcantar Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n
