Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 25 de septiembre de 2025.– La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz puso hoy en marcha los trabajos de reconstrucci\u00f3n de la calle Vallarta, entre avenida Tim\u00f3n y calle Br\u00fajula, en la colonia Tierra Nueva, en los que se invertir\u00e1n 5 millones 221 mil 594 pesos en beneficio de m\u00e1s de 6 mil personas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Los trabajos, que forman parte del Programa de Obras 2025, incluir\u00e1n labores preliminares, suministro y colocaci\u00f3n de una base hidr\u00e1ulica, carpeta asf\u00e1ltica de 5 cm de espesor, se\u00f1alamientos horizontales y verticales para garantizar el orden y la seguridad.<\/p>\n

\n

La Alcaldesa agradeci\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de los vecinos que integraron el Comit\u00e9 de Contralor\u00eda Social. “Ustedes son parte fundamental en el desarrollo de estos trabajos, que deber\u00e1n realizarse y ajustarse a las especificaciones y tiempos aprobados”, manifest\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Hoy emprendemos la transformaci\u00f3n de una calle que por a\u00f1os ha sido el paso diario de familias, estudiantes y trabajadores de nuestra comunidad, subray\u00f3. Si bien esto generar\u00e1 molestias durante la ejecuci\u00f3n de la obra, est\u00e9n conscientes de que este es un proceso y que al final los resultados ser\u00e1n gratificantes para todas y todos porque gozaremos de una calle digna, segura y funcional.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, sostuvo que Puerto Morelos est\u00e1 creciendo y cada d\u00eda calles como Vallarta, que comunica con fraccionamientos antiguos y la zona urbana, son transitadas por un mayor n\u00famero de veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n

Por eso decidimos emprender esta importante obra, que es posible financiar gracias al buen manejo de los recursos municipales, a\u00f1adi\u00f3. Eso es lo que sucede cuando se hacen bien las cosas, cuando el dinero del pueblo regresa al pueblo con obras como esta, que est\u00e1 visible para todas y todos.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, el titular de Obras P\u00fablicas, Mario Salinas Castro, explic\u00f3 que Vallarta es una de las calles m\u00e1s importantes de Puerto Morelos. “Esta obra no solo es asfalto y maquinaria, es un compromiso con la movilidad, con la prevenci\u00f3n de accidentes y con la dignidad de peatones y automovilistas”, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Cada metro de esta calles es un paso hacia un mejor Puerto Morelos y una mejor calidad de vida para cada uno de nosotros, apunt\u00f3. Vamos a reducir riesgos y a generar condiciones para un mejor tr\u00e1nsito de personas y veh\u00edculos; a cambio les pido cuidar juntos lo que estamos construyendo con el esfuerzo de todos.<\/p>\n

En el acto protocolario y el banderazo para la obra tambi\u00e9n participaron el regidor Reyes Antonio Chuc Pech, presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Obras P\u00fablicas del Cabildo; Jennifer Thal\u00eda Xooc Ek y Lugarda Moreno Mendoza, presidenta e integrante del Comit\u00e9 de Contralor\u00eda Social, respectivamente.<\/strong><\/p>\n
