Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo a 22 de septiembre de 2025.- Para sumar estrategias de prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos, el gobierno municipal de Puerto Morelos que encabeza la presidenta Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, instal\u00f3 el Comit\u00e9 de Prevenci\u00f3n de Accidentes (COMUPRA).<\/strong><\/p>\n

En este contexto, el secretario general de Ayuntamiento Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n en representaci\u00f3n de la presidenta municipal destac\u00f3 que con la instalaci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 se reafirma el compromiso por la construcci\u00f3n de un municipio m\u00e1s seguro, ya que no solo se trata de un organismo interinstitucional, sino un espacio de acci\u00f3n para generar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas alineadas a las directrices del gobierno estatal en seguridad vial.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cSomos un destino de alto flujo vehicular principalmente en nuestras carreteras, por lo que es necesario realizar trabajos coordinados de prevenci\u00f3n, concientizando sobre el respeto de las reglas de tr\u00e1nsito, l\u00edmites de velocidad, no manejar en estado de ebriedad, factores involucrados primordialmente en accidentes vehiculares\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

En su intervenci\u00f3n, el maestro en Salud P\u00fablica Enrique de Jes\u00fas Ram\u00edrez L\u00f3pez responsable estatal de Seguridad Vial de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud en Quintana Roo a nombre del titular Flavio Carlos Rosado, hizo un reconocimiento a la alcaldesa de Puerto Morelos, Blanca Merari Tziu por sumarse a las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que desde el Estado se est\u00e1n implementando.<\/p>\n

\u201cNos re\u00fane un objetivo en com\u00fan, prevenir las lesiones de accidentes viales que desafortunadamente han ido al alza, y se encuentran entre las causas de muerte en la entidad, entre las 10 principales\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Asimismo, dijo que el Comit\u00e9 tambi\u00e9n aborda accidentes de grupos vulnerables como son: ni\u00f1os, adultos mayores, y adolescentes. Extern\u00f3, que los factores de riesgo que se presentan son ahogamientos, ca\u00eddas, envenenamiento, y quemaduras entre otros, sobre los cuales se implementar\u00e1n talleres de prevenci\u00f3n y acciones de actuaci\u00f3n oportuna.<\/p>\n

En la exposici\u00f3n de motivos la directora de Salud en el municipio Sara Nohem\u00ed Rodr\u00edguez Torres, dijo que la prevenci\u00f3n es un elemento de vital importancia en el \u00e1mbito de actuaci\u00f3n de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, ya que permite detectar el problema, averiguar las causas, predecir situaciones negativas e intervenir de manera oportuna tomando en cuenta todos esos factores.<\/p>\n

La titular de Salud explic\u00f3 que se establecieron dentro del COMUPRA algunas comisiones como: la de Accidentes de Tr\u00e1nsito, liderado por el Secretario Municipal de Seguridad Ciudadana el Tte. Alejandro Nava Garc\u00eda; en Prevenci\u00f3n de Accidentes Laborales a cargo de la coordinadora de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Irma \u00c1vila M\u00e9ndez.<\/p>\n

En la Prevenci\u00f3n de Accidenten en el Hogar, atender\u00e1 el Sistema para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (DIF) Vanessa L\u00f3pez P\u00e1ez; Prevenci\u00f3n de Accidentes Escolares al frente la directora del Instituto de Educaci\u00f3n, Sara Eugenia S\u00e1nchez Canul; y en Accidentes Tur\u00edsticos el titular de Turismo Sustentable, Ra\u00fal Guadarrama Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n

Finalmente, el secretario de Bienestar en Puerto Morelos Alexander May Chi, subray\u00f3 el compromiso por el fortalecimiento de la seguridad y bienestar de la comunidad, ya que la conformaci\u00f3n del COMUPRA, refleja la determinaci\u00f3n para trabajar juntos en la prevenci\u00f3n de accidentes y promoci\u00f3n de una cultura de seguridad.<\/strong><\/p>\n
