{"id":31435,"date":"2025-09-22T12:21:48","date_gmt":"2025-09-22T18:21:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=31435"},"modified":"2025-09-22T12:21:48","modified_gmt":"2025-09-22T18:21:48","slug":"firman-ayuntamiento-y-teqroo-convenio-a-favor-de-la-democracia-y-los-derechos-politico-electorales-de-los-portomorelenses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/firman-ayuntamiento-y-teqroo-convenio-a-favor-de-la-democracia-y-los-derechos-politico-electorales-de-los-portomorelenses\/","title":{"rendered":"FIRMAN AYUNTAMIENTO Y TEQROO CONVENIO A FAVOR DE LA DEMOCRACIA Y LOS DERECHOS POL\u00cdTICO-ELECTORALES DE LOS PORTOMORELENSES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 22 de septiembre de 2025.\u2014 La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz y el magistrado presidente del Tribunal Electoral de Quintana Roo (Teqroo), Sergio Avil\u00e9s Demeneghi, firmaron un Convenio de Colaboraci\u00f3n a favor de la democracia y los derechos electorales de las y los portomorelenses, en particular de quienes integran grupos en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El acuerdo, suscrito en el despacho de la Alcaldesa, establece las bases y mecanismos de colaboraci\u00f3n para conjugar esfuerzos y recursos en el desarrollo de proyectos y programas de capacitaci\u00f3n, formaci\u00f3n, promoci\u00f3n, difusi\u00f3n, investigaci\u00f3n, asesor\u00eda y defensa legal en materia electoral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari y el magistrado Avil\u00e9s Demeneghi coincidieron en que la coordinaci\u00f3n y el trabajo conjunto son fundamentales para lograr avances reales en el fortalecimiento democr\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Alcaldesa destac\u00f3 que este convenio contribuir\u00e1 directamente al fortalecimiento de la cultura democr\u00e1tica entre la ciudadan\u00eda de Puerto Morelos y el personal del Ayuntamiento.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los esfuerzos se enfocar\u00e1n especialmente en los grupos en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad y\/o atenci\u00f3n prioritaria, como mujeres, comunidades ind\u00edgenas, personas con discapacidad y quienes forman parte de la diversidad sexual (LGBTTTIQA+).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A trav\u00e9s de este convenio, el Teqroo ofrecer\u00e1 asesor\u00edas jur\u00eddicas gratuitas en materia pol\u00edtico-electoral con enfoque en igualdad de g\u00e9nero, derechos de los pueblos ind\u00edgenas y de los grupos vulnerables. Asimismo, se implementar\u00e1n programas de capacitaci\u00f3n, formaci\u00f3n, promoci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n en materia pol\u00edtico-electoral, fomentando la no violencia pol\u00edtica entre ciudadan\u00eda y servidores p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En la firma tambi\u00e9n estuvieron presentes el secretario general del Ayuntamiento, Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n; la titular del \u00d3rgano Interno de Control, Mirna Leticia Ram\u00edrez Cetina, y la titular del \u00d3rgano Interno de Control del Teqroo, Ilse Berenice Coss\u00edo
