{"id":31223,"date":"2025-09-10T16:09:44","date_gmt":"2025-09-10T22:09:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=31223"},"modified":"2025-09-10T16:09:44","modified_gmt":"2025-09-10T22:09:44","slug":"aprueba-cabildo-de-puerto-morelos-donacion-de-predios-a-la-ssc-y-fge-de-quintana-roo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/aprueba-cabildo-de-puerto-morelos-donacion-de-predios-a-la-ssc-y-fge-de-quintana-roo\/","title":{"rendered":"APRUEBA CABILDO DE PUERTO MORELOS DONACI\u00d3N DE PREDIOS A LA SSC Y FGE DE QUINTANA ROO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo a 10 de septiembre de 2025.- La presidenta municipal de Puerto Morelos Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, manifest\u00f3 que se da un gran paso en la construcci\u00f3n de la paz y la seguridad del municipio, al concretar dos proyectos para que la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana y la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quintana Roo edifiquen infraestructura propia en el territorio municipal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el marco de la XXX Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria de Cabildo, la Presidenta Municipal agradeci\u00f3 a los miembros del Cabildo el votar a favor de manera un\u00e1nime estos acuerdos, con lo cual tanto la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana como la Fiscal\u00eda podr\u00e1n concretar proyectos que han planteado anteriormente para contar con instalaciones en Puerto Morelos.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, la Presidenta agradeci\u00f3 al Secretario de Seguridad Ciudadana, Contralmirante Julio Cesar G\u00f3mez Torres y al Fiscal General Lic. Raciel L\u00f3pez Salazar, por el apoyo y disposici\u00f3n de aterrizar proyectos estrat\u00e9gicos de infraestructura de estas dos importantes dependencias, abonando as\u00ed la suma de voluntades para la construcci\u00f3n de la paz y la tranquilidad.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la Sesi\u00f3n, se aprob\u00f3 el acuerdo de desincorporaci\u00f3n de Bien de Dominio P\u00fablico a Bien de Dominio Privado y donaci\u00f3n a favor del Gobierno del Estado de Quintana Roo, para la construcci\u00f3n de un cuartel propio de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana en el Municipio de Puerto Morelos. El inmueble se encuentra ubicado en Lote 1-13 de la manzana 150 de la Supermanzana 17.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De igual forma, se aprob\u00f3 el acuerdo de desincorporaci\u00f3n del Bien De Dominio P\u00fablico a Bien de Dominio Privado y donaci\u00f3n a favor de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quintana Roo, con la finalidad de otorgar una procuraci\u00f3n de justicia eficaz, efectiva y siempre apegada a derecho, en beneficio de la poblaci\u00f3n de Puerto Morelos. El predio en donaci\u00f3n es identificado como Lote 1-12 de la manzana 150 de la Supermanzana 17.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ambos acuerdos se estipula que la construcci\u00f3n y obra de los inmuebles deber\u00e1 iniciar antes de diciembre del a\u00f1o 2026 y no podr\u00e1n cambiarse los fines del proyecto, motivo de la presente donaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Finalmente, la presidenta Blanca Merari reiter\u00f3 el gran paso que se da en la contrucci\u00f3n de un Puerto Morelos que contin\u00faa trabajando por la seguridad y un futuro
