Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 21 de agosto de 2025.\u2014*El \u00d3rgano Interno de Control, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Direcci\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos, imparti\u00f3 el Curso-Taller de Entrega Recepci\u00f3n PERGUB, dirigido a m\u00e1s de 30 titulares y enlaces administrativos del gobierno municipal ante los nuevos par\u00e1metros que rigen a la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica de Quintana Roo en materia de entrega recepci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo a 21 de agosto de 2025.- \u201cLa transparencia es un valor fundamental en nuestra gesti\u00f3n, estamos comprometidos en dejar cuentas claras de lo que es la administraci\u00f3n, generando confianza y credibilidad en cada decisi\u00f3n del gobierno municipal\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la presidenta Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La Alcaldesa, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se sigue fortaleciendo institucionalmente la transparencia y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas en cumplimiento a las leyes actuales de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica de Quintana Roo, por ello, se llev\u00f3 a cabo el Curso Taller de Entrega Recepci\u00f3n PERGUB.<\/p>\n

En este marco, el director adjunto del \u00d3rgano Interno de Control (OIC), V\u00edctor Hugo Esquivel S\u00e1nchez en representaci\u00f3n de la titular del OIC Mirna Leticia Ram\u00edrez Cetina explic\u00f3 que se trata de una capacitaci\u00f3n introductoria, en un tema de relevancia para las y los servidores p\u00fablicas con base en la nueva plataforma que ya es un hecho de ley que se debe aplicar.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cLa entrega \u2013 recepci\u00f3n es una obligaci\u00f3n de ley de todos aquellos que ocupamos un cargo directivo dentro del municipio, es una acci\u00f3n de responsabilidad y transparencia y ha tenido diferentes modificaciones basadas ahora en un nuevo marco legal, as\u00ed como un nuevo m\u00e9todo de este ejercicio que aterriza en la plataforma del PERGUB (Plataforma de Entrega \u2013 Recepci\u00f3n) sustituyendo al SENTRE (Sistema Electr\u00f3nico de Entrega-Recepci\u00f3n) que ha quedado fuera de servicio\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Por su parte, la directora de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, Desarrollo Administrativo y Contralor\u00eda Social, Luz Jhannel Silva Salas, quien imparti\u00f3 el curso, mencion\u00f3 que una transici\u00f3n administrativa eficiente y transparente es la que promueve la responsabilidad y compromiso de todos los involucrados.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cEl objetivo va en dos v\u00edas, el conocimiento de la nueva plataforma PERGUB as\u00ed como reforzar los procedimientos de la Entrega-Recepci\u00f3n, teniendo al d\u00eda la informaci\u00f3n que debe ingresar a la plataforma de cada dependencia y \u00e1rea del Ayuntamiento.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Entre los temas que se abordaron fueron: el Marco Normativo; \u00bfQu\u00e9 es la Entrega Recepci\u00f3n?; ABC del Acto Protocolario; Obligaciones del usuario responsable como del enlace; Posibles sanciones administrativas; Verificaci\u00f3n de anexos aplicables y Tour virtual de la p\u00e1gina PERGUB.<\/p>\n

Silva Salas, destac\u00f3 la importancia del acto legal para permitir la continuidad en la prestaci\u00f3n de los servicios y la gesti\u00f3n gubernamental cuando una persona servidora p\u00fablica se separa de su empleo, o cargo por cualquier causa. El funcionario entrante debe recibir los recursos p\u00fablicos financieros, humanos y materiales, as\u00ed como los documentos, informes, y en general, los asuntos que competen al \u00e1rea y cargo que desempe\u00f1ar\u00e1.<\/p>\n

Finalmente, resalt\u00f3 que toda la informaci\u00f3n que se cargue a la plataforma contendr\u00e1 los actos de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, por lo que el incumplimiento en procedimientos o irregularidades ser\u00e1n sancionados administrativamente con una amonestaci\u00f3n, suspensi\u00f3n, destituci\u00f3n o inhabilitaci\u00f3n. En caso de faltas graves enfrentar\u00e1n acci\u00f3n penal por casos como: peculado, da\u00f1o patrimonial o abuso de autoridad, de conformidad con la Ley General de Responsabilidades Administrativas.<\/strong><\/p>\n
