{"id":30840,"date":"2025-08-13T12:16:56","date_gmt":"2025-08-13T18:16:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=30840"},"modified":"2025-08-13T12:16:56","modified_gmt":"2025-08-13T18:16:56","slug":"conforman-comites-de-contraloria-social-para-obras-de-pavimentacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/conforman-comites-de-contraloria-social-para-obras-de-pavimentacion\/","title":{"rendered":"CONFORMAN COMIT\u00c9S DE CONTRALORIA SOCIAL PARA OBRAS DE PAVIMENTACI\u00d3N"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo a 13 de agosto de 2025.- En cumplimiento a los ordenamientos federal, estatal y municipal para la realizaci\u00f3n de obra p\u00fablica, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la conformaci\u00f3n de los Comit\u00e9s de Contralor\u00eda Social, con la participaci\u00f3n de las y los vecinos de las calles Joaqu\u00edn Hendricks D\u00edaz y Vallarta de la cabecera municipal, dio a conocer el secretario de Bienestar en el municipio Alexander May Chi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este marco, resalt\u00f3 la importancia del cumplimiento por parte del gobierno que encabeza la presidenta Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz de crear dichos Comit\u00e9s y contar con los habitantes directamente beneficiados siendo los principales vigilantes y observadores de la obra p\u00fablica a realizar como lo marca la reglamentaci\u00f3n vigente, sobre aplicaci\u00f3n de los recursos p\u00fablicos y la transparencia.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cAgradecemos la participaci\u00f3n y el tiempo que las y los ciudadanos est\u00e1n dando para hacer cohesi\u00f3n, construir y mejorar nuestro municipio, atendiendo las principales necesidades de que nos han planteado y con ello generar la prosperidad, contando con una buena movilidad y seguridad para todas y todos\u201d, extern\u00f3 May Chi.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el director de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana, Juli\u00e1n Soto detall\u00f3 que se trata de obra de pavimentaci\u00f3n de la calle Joaqu\u00edn Hendricks D\u00edaz, cuyo Comit\u00e9 qued\u00f3 conformado por Osvaldo Ju\u00e1rez Meza como presidente; Jorge Juan P\u00e9rez Rold\u00e1n, secretario; Guadalupe Mazariegos Moscoso, vocal de Control y Vigilancia; Mar\u00eda Ileana Dur\u00e1n Xool, primera vocal; Juan Pool, segundo vocal y Jesusita Pool Herrera tercera vocal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acompa\u00f1ados por la directora de Proyectos de la Secretar\u00eda de Obras P\u00fablicas Jazm\u00edn Nequiz Valent\u00edn se les explic\u00f3 que la obra consistir\u00e1 en el levantamiento de la carpeta asf\u00e1ltica existente, para colocar una nueva con espesor de 5 cent\u00edmetros, y carrera desde la entrada de la Carretera Federal 307 hasta la avenida Joaqu\u00edn Zetina Gasca, cuyo costo se estima en m\u00e1s de seis millones de pesos y se llevar\u00e1 un lapso de 3 meses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En tanto, el Comit\u00e9 de la calle Vallarta, qued\u00f3 integrado por Jennifer Thalia Xool Ek, presidenta; Lugarda Moreno Mendoza, secretaria; Jos\u00e9 Antonio Dzul Mas, vocal de Control y Vigilancia; Mariana Tapia Ram\u00edrez, primera vocal; \u00d3scar Varas Gabrelian, segundo vocal; y Alberto Cervantes Tapia, tercer vocal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La reconstrucci\u00f3n de la avenida Vallarta, de igual forma contempla nueva carpeta asf\u00e1ltica que abarcar\u00e1 desde la avenida Tim\u00f3n hasta la calle Br\u00fajula, para la cual se contempla un monto de inversi\u00f3n superior a los cinco millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cabe destacar que tambi\u00e9n estuvo la Auditora de la Secretar\u00eda Anticorrupci\u00f3n y Buen Gobierno de Quintana Roo (SabGob) Goretti Alejandra Castillo Mart\u00edn, atestiguando la creaci\u00f3n de ambos Comit\u00e9s y quien subray\u00f3 el papel fundamental de los ciudadanos en el desarrollo de las obras. De igual forma estuvo presente la directora de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, Desarrollo Administrativo y Contralor\u00eda Social, Luz Jhannel Silva Salas, quien indic\u00f3 que acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1n al Comit\u00e9 para las sugerencias y solicitudes de los ciudadanos y verificaci\u00f3n del cumplimiento de las instancias participantes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
