Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 31 de julio de 2025.\u2014 La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz se\u00f1al\u00f3 hoy que el programa de obras 2025 avanza paulatinamente en la cabecera municipal y la delegaci\u00f3n Leona Vicario, donde ya se concluy\u00f3 la limpieza de pozos pluviales y en breve se terminar\u00e1n los primeros proyectos de pavimentaci\u00f3n con los consiguientes beneficios para las y los portomorelenses.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

Luego de recordar que el Ayuntamiento dispone este a\u00f1o de un presupuesto de 129 millones 527 mil 467 pesos entre el Programa de Inversi\u00f3n Anual (PIA) y el Programa Operativo Anual (POA), sostuvo que con esos recursos se financiar\u00e1n obras que constituyen compromisos con la justicia social y el bienestar de las familias, a quienes se brindar\u00e1 igualdad de oportunidades.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Asimismo, sostuvo que las obras que est\u00e1n en marcha, en las que se invierten 15 millones 131 mil 300 pesos, forman parte de una pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica orientada a la justicia social y al bienestar colectivo que impulsa la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

En ese sentido, el secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, Mario Salinas Castro, dijo que la segunda etapa de la pavimentaci\u00f3n de mil 90 metros cuadrados de la calle 5 Sur, en la cabecera municipal, obra para la que se destin\u00f3 1 mill\u00f3n 850 mil pesos, cerrar\u00e1 esta semana con 95 por ciento de avance con la colocaci\u00f3n de la carpeta asf\u00e1ltica.<\/p>\n

\n

El funcionario indic\u00f3 que el Programa “Cero Baches”, puesto en marcha en la cabecera municipal, con inversi\u00f3n de 5 millones de pesos, el cual abarcar\u00e1 cuatro mil 909 metros cuadrados, lleva un avance del 50 por ciento, con 2 mil 500 metros cuadrados rehabilitados.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

En el caso de Leona Vicario, se reporta 98 por ciento de avance en la pavimentaci\u00f3n de mil 487 metros cuadrados de la calle sin nombre entre Bagre y Las Palmas, con una inversi\u00f3n de 2 millones 493 mil 150 pesos, a\u00f1adi\u00f3. La importancia de esa obra radica en que cerrar\u00e1 un circuito pavimentado en esa zona, donde previamente se hicieron ese tipo de trabajos en las calles Tina, Nube y Cielo, en beneficio de m\u00e1s de mil 500 personas.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, la limpieza de 145 pozos de absorci\u00f3n en Puerto Morelos y 20 en Leona Vicario, con inversi\u00f3n de 5 millones 788 mil 151 pesos, ya est\u00e1 concluida, con lo cual la red de drenaje del municipio est\u00e1 preparada para la inminente temporada de lluvias. En breve tambi\u00e9n comenzar\u00e1n los trabajos de construcci\u00f3n de 10 pozos de absorci\u00f3n en la cabecera municipal y 10 en la Delegaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

“Con este programa de obras se hace justicia social a Leona Vicario y se transforman realidades al mejorar de manera significativa la seguridad vial, la movilidad urbana y las condiciones de vida de las familias portomorelenses”, afirm\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n
