Con procesos claros y personal mejor preparado, avanzamos hacia un gobierno que responde con eficacia a las necesidades ciudadanas\u201d, afirm\u00f3 con firmeza la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz al poner en marcha el Curso de Capacitaci\u00f3n para la Elaboraci\u00f3n y\/o Actualizaci\u00f3n de Manuales de Procedimiento.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Alcaldesa destac\u00f3 que estos manuales son pilares para la profesionalizaci\u00f3n del servicio p\u00fablico, pues permiten estandarizar procesos, fortalecer el control interno, transparentar la gesti\u00f3n y garantizar la continuidad operativa, elementos clave para una administraci\u00f3n moderna y confiable.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa claridad en los procedimientos no s\u00f3lo favorece el orden interno; tambi\u00e9n crea entornos laborales m\u00e1s justos, eficientes y responsables. En este gobierno estamos comprometidos con una administraci\u00f3n moderna, profesional y orientada al servicio. Invito a cada dependencia a asumir esta responsabilidad con compromiso y visi\u00f3n de futuro\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, la coordinadora de Evaluaci\u00f3n Administrativa de la Secretar\u00eda Anticorrupci\u00f3n y Buen Gobierno de Quintana Roo, Candy Cecilia Matos Arg\u00fcelles, encargada de impartir el curso, subray\u00f3 que estos manuales representan una herramienta esencial para la organizaci\u00f3n, la correcta delimitaci\u00f3n de competencias y la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, fortaleciendo as\u00ed el actuar del personal y la aplicaci\u00f3n eficiente de los recursos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el Oficial Mayor Rodrigo Andr\u00e9s Ruiz \u00c1lvarez puntualiz\u00f3 que la mejora continua de la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica requiere de instrumentos t\u00e9cnicos y normativos s\u00f3lidos, que garanticen servicios m\u00e1s eficientes y fortalezcan la confianza ciudadana en las instituciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este esfuerzo tiene como objetivo homologar los procesos administrativos para asegurar su correcta ejecuci\u00f3n, definir con claridad las funciones y responsabilidades de cada \u00e1rea, establecer flujos de trabajo efectivos, facilitar la integraci\u00f3n del personal de nuevo ingreso y mantener la operatividad aun ante la rotaci\u00f3n de funciones, todo esto bajo el Reglamento General de la Administraci\u00f3n del Municipio de Puerto Morelos y la Ley General de los Municipios del Estado de Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Al curso asistieron los titulares de las Secretar\u00edas que integran el gobierno municipal, directores de \u00e1reas estrat\u00e9gicas, funcionarios y enlaces administrativos, quienes ser\u00e1n agentes clave para implementar estas mejoras en toda la administraci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>-0-0-0-<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 28 de julio de 2025.- \u201cEn Puerto Morelos estamos transformando la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica para hacerla m\u00e1s eficiente, transparente y cercana a la gente.
