*Aprueba el Cabildo la jornada Subsidios y Est\u00edmulos Fiscales de Verano 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Leona Vicario, Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 17 de julio de 2025.– En el marco de la XXVI Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria de Cabildo del H. Ayuntamiento de Puerto Morelos, la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz firm\u00f3 el compromiso de \u201cPalabra Cumplida. Programa de Cabildo Itinerante\u201d, al realizarse la Sesi\u00f3n en el Domo del Cenote de esta Delegaci\u00f3n previamente declarado recinto oficial.<\/strong><\/p>\n

En un mensaje a las y los ciudadanos que se dieron cita en esta sede, afirm\u00f3 que el\u00a0 Cabildo Itinerante es uno de los 55 programas prioritarios del Plan Municipal de Desarrollo y se ubica en el Eje 5, Gobierno Cercano a la Gente.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cRatificamos ante el pueblo este compromiso; giro instrucciones a la Secretar\u00eda General y pido respetuosamente a los integrantes del Ayuntamiento que programemos una sesi\u00f3n de Cabildo cada cuatrimestre fuera de las oficinas del Palacio Municipal y que llevemos este ejercicio democr\u00e1tico a todos los rincones del municipio, de aqu\u00ed hasta el 2027\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Blanca Merari puntualiz\u00f3 que la democracia, no es otra cosa que el gobierno del pueblo, por el pueblo y para el pueblo y refiri\u00f3 que acciones como la Audiencia del Pueblo encabezada por la gobernadora Mara Lezama, con su gabinete, instancias federales y municipales es muestra de la cercan\u00eda de los gobiernos de la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n, que hoy encabeza la presidenta de la Rep\u00fablica, la Dra. Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, para atender demandas y plantear soluciones a los habitantes de este municipio,<\/p>\n

Por otra parte, durante la XXVI Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria los concejales aprobaron la Jornada de Subsidios y Est\u00edmulos Fiscales de Verano 2025.<\/p>\n

Por unanimidad, se vot\u00f3 a favor de los descuentos en el pago del Impuesto Predial, del 1 de agosto al 31 de octubre, como medida de apoyo a las familias de la localidad para mantener al d\u00eda su patrimonio.<\/p>\n

\n

Se otorgar\u00e1 60% de descuento en recargos, siempre y cuando el valor del inmueble no exceda el equivalente a 20,000 (veinte mil) Unidades de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n (UMA), equivalentes a $2,262,800 (dos millones doscientos sesenta y dos mil ochocientos pesos), siempre que sea casa-habitaci\u00f3n. Aplica para el a\u00f1o 2025 y anteriores, con 100% de descuento en multas, en a\u00f1os anteriores para el caso de lotes bald\u00edos y casa habitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

En el caso de pago por tr\u00e1mites y servicios de la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente, Bienestar Animal y Movilidad Sustentable, se concede 50% de descuento en multa por tr\u00e1mite extempor\u00e1neo por permisos de: chapeo, desmonte y\/o remoci\u00f3n vegetal; ambiental de desarrollo; y permiso de poda y\/o tala, y 50% de descuento en pago de regularizaci\u00f3n de a\u00f1os anteriores por permiso de operaci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n

Para la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano y Ordenamiento Territorial, el Cabildo aprob\u00f3, en cuanto a los avisos de terminaci\u00f3n de obra: 35% de descuento en pago de derechos para usos de suelo habitacionales unifamiliares y 20% de descuento en pago de derechos de terminaci\u00f3n de obra para usos de suelo comerciales en obras menores a 500 m2 de construcci\u00f3n total, no aplicable\u00a0 para usos tur\u00edsticos ni industriales<\/p>\n

En los permisos de uso de suelo comercial se otorgar\u00e1 20% de descuento en el pago de derechos. No incluye hoteles ni sus centros de consumo.<\/p>\n

Para anuncios publicitarios, 20% de descuento en el pago de permisos. Aplica \u00fanicamente para negocios de bajo y mediano riesgo, no incluye hoteles ni sus centros de consumo.<\/p>\n

Algunos otros tr\u00e1mites como constancias de residencia y vecindad tendr\u00e1n 50% de descuento en su expedici\u00f3n y 50% en multas y recargos en infracciones de tr\u00e1nsito, exceptuando multas por alcohol y accidentes de tr\u00e1nsito previstas en los art\u00edculos 57, 79 y 152 del Reglamento de Tr\u00e1nsito del municipio de Puerto Morelos, aplicar\u00e1 a las infracciones vencidas de 6 meses hasta 3 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

En el Registro Civil se dar\u00e1 25% de descuento en la expedici\u00f3n de copias certificadas municipales y for\u00e1neas de actas de nacimiento, matrimonio, defunci\u00f3n y divorcio.<\/p>\n

Para Catastro, 25 % de descuento en: cambio de propietario, croquis de localizaci\u00f3n y constancia de nomenclatura. Dicho est\u00edmulo no aplica para inmobiliarias y desarrolladoras.<\/p>\n

Se otorgar\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n 25% de subsidio en multas originadas por procedimientos de inspecci\u00f3n y verificaci\u00f3n por parte de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n a establecimientos comerciales de bajo riesgo. Mientras que obtendr\u00e1n 20% de descuento en multas generadas por tr\u00e1mites extempor\u00e1neos, de car\u00e1cter administrativo, de bajo riesgo, para personas f\u00edsicas y morales y 50% de descuento en multas generadas por tr\u00e1mites extempor\u00e1neos de car\u00e1cter administrativo, para negocios de mediano riesgo; para personas f\u00edsicas y morales en los conceptos de Protecci\u00f3n Civil.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cabe destacar que estuvieron presentes en la XXVI Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria de Cabildo, secretarios, directores y ciudadania en general.<\/strong><\/p>\n
