Con estos pozos llegaremos a 395 en el municipio, para atender de inmediato afectaciones en calles y avenidas, mejorar la seguridad vial, la movilidad urbana y las condiciones de vida de nuestra gente\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, record\u00f3 que, por muchos a\u00f1os, el municipio fue relegado al olvido por muchos gobiernos y, por ende, las obras requeridas para beneficio de la poblaci\u00f3n tuvieron que esperar. &#8220;Con la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n y la llegada de las mujeres al frente de las responsabilidades de gobierno, el pa\u00eds cambi\u00f3 mucho&#8221;, manifest\u00f3.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cDesde la pasada administraci\u00f3n tomamos el toro por los cuernos y empezamos a aplicar recursos en las obras que los portomorelenses nos demandan. Hoy, con la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n, las acciones y obras se hacen para beneficio del pueblo y pensando siempre en el bienestar y la justicia social\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 Blanca Merari.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Presidenta Municipal destac\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que en estas obras los recursos se ejercer\u00e1n de manera muy transparente, bajo la vigilancia del Comit\u00e9 Social de Obras, conformado por ciudadanas y ciudadanos que estar\u00e1n atentos a que los trabajos se ejecuten con la calidad y en las condiciones ofrecidas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A su vez, Mario Salinas Castro, secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que estas obras no solo son infraestructura, son tambi\u00e9n protecci\u00f3n, prevenci\u00f3n y bienestar. &#8220;Es una acci\u00f3n prioritaria para el manejo adecuado de las aguas pluviales y el combate a encharcamientos e inundaciones y representa m\u00e1s que cifras, representa tranquilidad para las familias, salud p\u00fablica y una planificaci\u00f3n con visi\u00f3n social&#8221;, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El funcionario precis\u00f3 que cada pozo tendr\u00e1 una profundidad de hasta 35 metros, con 12 pulgadas de di\u00e1metro, captadores, areneros y registros pluviales construidos con block. La estructura permitir\u00e1 que el agua se filtre al subsuelo y recargue los mantos acu\u00edferos. &#8220;El objetivo es claro: prevenir inundaciones, mejorar la captaci\u00f3n y filtraci\u00f3n del agua y elevar la calidad de vida de los portomorelenses&#8221;, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En el evento tambi\u00e9n estuvieron Ceferina Cocom Trejo y Carlos Eduardo
