{"id":30315,"date":"2025-07-04T19:56:43","date_gmt":"2025-07-05T01:56:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=30315"},"modified":"2025-07-04T19:56:43","modified_gmt":"2025-07-05T01:56:43","slug":"rinden-homenaje-a-leona-vicario","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/rinden-homenaje-a-leona-vicario\/","title":{"rendered":"RINDEN HOMENAJE A LEONA VICARIO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 4 de julio de 2025.\u2014 Con el objetivo de fortalecer la memoria hist\u00f3rica y rendir homenaje a una de las mujeres m\u00e1s valientes e influyentes de la lucha independentista en M\u00e9xico, la Direcci\u00f3n General del Instituto Municipal de Cultura y las Artes de Puerto Morelos llev\u00f3 a cabo la presentaci\u00f3n del seminario \u201cLas Batallas de Leona Vicario\u201d, impartido por la Mtra. \u00c1ngeles Gonz\u00e1lez Gamio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En representaci\u00f3n de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, el secretario general del Ayuntamiento, Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n, destac\u00f3 la importancia de contar con la presencia de la historiadora, quien viene a enriquecer nuestra memoria hist\u00f3rica e invita a redescubrir la figura de una mujer extraordinaria como Leona Vicario, s\u00edmbolo de inteligencia, valent\u00eda y compromiso con la libertad.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa historia de Leona Vicario nos recuerda la vigencia de las luchas de ayer en los desaf\u00edos de hoy\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el periodista y cronista de Canc\u00fan, Fernando Mart\u00ed Brito, resalt\u00f3 la destacada trayectoria de la maestra Gonz\u00e1lez Gamio, cronista de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y columnista del peri\u00f3dico La Jornada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante un auditorio lleno, \u00c1ngeles Gonz\u00e1lez Gamio present\u00f3 su obra \u201cLas Batallas de Leona\u201d, una biograf\u00eda novelada en la que retrata a Vicario como una mujer intelectual, valiente y comprometida con la causa de la independencia. Record\u00f3 que fue encarcelada por sus ideales y que, tras su muerte a los 52 a\u00f1os, fue nombrada de manera p\u00f3stuma \u201cBenem\u00e9rita y Dulc\u00edsima Madre de la Patria\u201d en 1842.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Subray\u00f3 que lo que m\u00e1s distingue a Leona Vicario es su fuerza y car\u00e1cter, que le permitieron enfrentar con entereza las adversidades de su \u00e9poca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, la directora general del Instituto Municipal de Cultura y las Artes, Adriana Nava G\u00f3mez, dio la bienvenida a los asistentes y destac\u00f3 que el legado de la independentista resuena hoy, en una \u00e9poca donde las mujeres ocupan espacios clave en la vida pol\u00edtica del pa\u00eds: una mujer preside por primera vez la Rep\u00fablica con Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, Mara Lezama es la primera gobernadora de Quintana Roo, y en Puerto Morelos, se reconoce el liderazgo de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al finalizar la ponencia, se hizo entrega de una r\u00e9plica en madera del emblem\u00e1tico Faro Inclinado como reconocimiento a la historiadora y cronista por su valiosa participaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En el evento estuvieron presentes el cronista de Puerto Morelos, Miguel \u00c1ngel Zetina; la regidora Rosa Isabel Ancona Garc\u00eda; los regidores Gonzalo Calder\u00f3n Poot y Rub\u00e9n Montoya Mex, as\u00ed como otros funcionarios y p\u00fablico en general.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 4 de julio de 2025.\u2014 Con el objetivo de fortalecer la memoria hist\u00f3rica y rendir homenaje a una de las mujeres m\u00e1s valientes e influyentes de la lucha independentista en M\u00e9xico, la Direcci\u00f3n General del Instituto Municipal de Cultura y las Artes de Puerto Morelos llev\u00f3 a cabo la presentaci\u00f3n del [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":30316,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"gallery","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-30315","post","type-post","status-publish","format-gallery","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-boletines","post_format-post-format-gallery"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.1 -
