{"id":30082,"date":"2025-06-20T12:40:45","date_gmt":"2025-06-20T18:40:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=30082"},"modified":"2025-06-20T12:40:45","modified_gmt":"2025-06-20T18:40:45","slug":"constituyen-los-comites-de-contraloria-social-que-vigilaran-el-cumplimiento-del-programa-de-obra-publica-de-puerto-morelos-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/constituyen-los-comites-de-contraloria-social-que-vigilaran-el-cumplimiento-del-programa-de-obra-publica-de-puerto-morelos-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"CONSTITUYEN LOS COMIT\u00c9S DE CONTRALOR\u00cdA SOCIAL QUE VIGILAR\u00c1N EL CUMPLIMIENTO DEL PROGRAMA DE OBRA P\u00daBLICA DE PUERTO MORELOS 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 20 de junio de 2025.\u2014 Ante el pr\u00f3ximo arranque del Programa de Obras 2025, por instrucciones de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, las secretar\u00edas de Bienestar, Obras P\u00fablicas y el \u00d3rgano Interno de Control (OIC) llevan a cabo la conformaci\u00f3n de los Comit\u00e9s de Contralor\u00eda Social que vigilar\u00e1n los trabajos programados en la cabecera municipal y la Delegaci\u00f3n Leona Vicario.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La titular del OIC, Mirna Leticia Cetina Ram\u00edrez, a quien acompa\u00f1aron los de Obras P\u00fablicas y Bienestar, Mario Salinas Castro y Alexander May Chi, respectivamente, destac\u00f3 la importancia de que los ciudadanos participen y se involucren en la vigilancia de las acciones de gobierno, sobre todo porque son ellos sus beneficiarios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los Comit\u00e9s de Contralor\u00eda Social instalados son los que vigilar\u00e1n la pavimentaci\u00f3n de la calle sin nombre entre Bagre y Las Palmas, en Leona Vicario y el Programa de Bacheo Emergente, en la cabecera municipal, donde tambi\u00e9n se constituir\u00e1 el que supervisar\u00e1 la pavimentaci\u00f3n de la calle Mario Villanueva Madrid, en el tramo comprendido entre las calles 7 y 10.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ciudadanos y autoridades deben ser parte activa en el principio, desarrollo y conclusi\u00f3n de una obra, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 Cetina Ram\u00edrez. As\u00ed como el \u00e1rea de Planeaci\u00f3n hace los estudios previos e integra los expedientes; Obras P\u00fablicas es la dependencia ejecutora y el OIC verifica que todos cumplan y, en su caso, aplica sanciones, los ciudadanos deben vigilar que la obra se ejecute conforme a lo programado y que los trabajos sean de calidad.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La funcionaria destac\u00f3 que cada obra representa el cumplimiento de un compromiso de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, a quien los vecinos solicitaron dichas acciones en su momento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Luego de se\u00f1alar que los cargos de Contralor\u00eda Social son honor\u00edficos, dijo que sus integrantes participan en forma voluntaria para vigilar trabajos de los que ellos ser\u00e1n beneficiarios. Sin embargo, para que cumplan su funci\u00f3n deben estar enterados de principio a fin y comentar con sus vecinos para que colaboren en la vigilancia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el director de Construcci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Obras P\u00fablicas, Rafael Huerta, coment\u00f3 que los trabajos, que ya fueron licitados, comenzar\u00e1n la pr\u00f3xima semana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A su vez, Juli\u00e1n Soto, director de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana, indic\u00f3 que, en el caso de Leona Vicario, la obra cerrar\u00e1 un circuito de arterias pavimentadas, pues anteriormente se trabaj\u00f3 en calles aleda\u00f1as.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Comit\u00e9 en Leona Vicario est\u00e1 integrado por las siguientes personas: Manuel Alberto Lor\u00eda Castillo, presidente; Margarita Balam Hay, secretaria; Lusvi Yudith Vel\u00e1zquez Fern\u00e1ndez, vocal de Control y Vigilancia; Mirna Milandy May Espinosa, Cruz Sauceda Rosado y Landita Uc Uicab, vocales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El Comit\u00e9 del Programa de Bacheo Emergente qued\u00f3 conformado por Marciana Cano Kumul, presidenta; Silvia Araceli Chan Castillo, secretaria; Roxana Araceli Llanes Canch\u00e9, vocal de Control y Vigilancia; Guadalupe del Carmen Castro Correa, Maria Luisa Ciau Xiu y Blandina de la Cruz Cruz,
