Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo a 16 de junio de 2025.- La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, atestigu\u00f3 la Sesi\u00f3n de Instalaci\u00f3n Constitutiva del Comit\u00e9 Institucional de Apoyo a la Contralor\u00eda Social del Municipio de Puerto Morelos, organismo encargado de garantizar la eficiencia, legalidad, transparencia y honestidad de las y los servidores p\u00fablicos de la administraci\u00f3n actual.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La primera autoridad municipal, indic\u00f3 que Puerto Morelos, ha enfrentado grandes desaf\u00edos de los cuales se ha levantado con honestidad, voluntad pol\u00edtica y transparencia. Extern\u00f3 que este \u00f3rgano tendr\u00e1 la responsabilidad de constatar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones que adquieren las y los servidores p\u00fablicos para la ejecuci\u00f3n correcta de programas y obras en la presente administraci\u00f3n, muchas de las cuales ya est\u00e1n en marcha.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cTenemos un gran compromiso para administrar el dinero de las contribuciones, recurso que es del pueblo y que tiene que regresar al pueblo en obras y programas en beneficio de las mayor\u00edas, que lleven justicia social para las colonias, para la delegaci\u00f3n de Leona Vicario, as\u00ed como las subdelegaciones y la propia cabecera municipal\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Indic\u00f3 que por ello la Contralor\u00eda Social se vuelve fundamental, velando por la legalidad y la transparencia de las acciones de gobierno, para lo cual es imprescindible la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y reconoci\u00f3 a quienes desde la sociedad civil se han sumado a esta supervisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

La presidenta municipal, tom\u00f3 protesta a los integrantes del Comit\u00e9 quedando conformado\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 por: Leticia Ram\u00edrez del OIC, como Presidenta; Luz Jhannel Silva Salas directora de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, Desarrollo Administrativo y Contralor\u00eda Social, -Secretaria del organismo; el regidor Antonio Chuc Pech – Vocal 1; Alexander May Chi secretario del Bienestar \u2013 Vocal 2; la Tesorera Karina V\u00e1zquez \u2013 Vocal 3; Mario Salinas Castro secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas \u2013 Vocal 4, V\u00edctor Hugo Esquivel S\u00e1nchez director general de Planeaci\u00f3n para el Desarrollo Municipal \u2013 Vocal 5 y el titular de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana Juli\u00e1n Soto Medina \u2013 Vocal 6.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, la titular del \u00d3rgano Interno de Control (OIC) Leticia Ram\u00edrez Cetina y presidenta del Comit\u00e9 se\u00f1al\u00f3 que con la participaci\u00f3n de las y los servidores p\u00fablicos que integran este organismo, se refrenda la responsabilidad de actuar en apego a los m\u00e1s altos est\u00e1ndares de integridad que fortalecen los principios de la gesti\u00f3n municipal.<\/p>\n

Destac\u00f3 que no solo representa una obligaci\u00f3n normativa de ordenamientos en materia de fiscalizaci\u00f3n, control interno y transparencia, sino que construye una expresi\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica del compromiso \u00e9tico que toda la administraci\u00f3n debe asumir con la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n

A su vez el coordinador Operativo de la Contralor\u00eda Social de la Secretar\u00eda Anticorrupci\u00f3n y Buen Gobierno de Quintana Roo, Juan de Dios Noh Dzul, enfatiz\u00f3 que la creaci\u00f3n de \u00e9stos Comit\u00e9s fortalecen los mecanismos de vigilancia, impulsan la \u00e9tica y promueven mayor confianza en las instituciones. Extern\u00f3 que desde el gobierno del estado seguir\u00e1n acompa\u00f1ando a los municipios brindando capacitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Cabe destacar que se cont\u00f3 con la presencia del jefe de departamento de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Seguimiento a la Contraloria Social, Jos\u00e9 Luis Lim\u00f3n Martinez.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n estuvo presente la se\u00f1ora Juanita Hau Tinal, representante del Comit\u00e9 Ciudadano de Contralor\u00eda Social de la Obra de Pavimentaci\u00f3n de la colonia La Fe y Tierra Nueva y el ciudadano Pedro Pablo Peraza del Comit\u00e9 Ciudadano de la Obra de Rehabilitaci\u00f3n del Muelle de Pescadores de Puerto Morelos, a quienes se les hizo una menci\u00f3n en reconocimiento por su labor de vigilancia.<\/p>\n

Despu\u00e9s de la integraci\u00f3n del comit\u00e9 se llev\u00f3 a cabo una capacitaci\u00f3n con la participaci\u00f3n de representantes de la Secretar\u00eda Anticorrupci\u00f3n y Buen Gobierno, con el objetivo de sensibilizar a los servidores p\u00fablicos de las diferentes \u00e1reas como la Direcci\u00f3n de Planeaci\u00f3n, Secretar\u00eda de Obras P\u00fablicas, \u00d3rgano Interno de Control y Secretar\u00eda de Bienestar, dependencias cuya funci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n es cumplir con lo establecido en las diferentes normas que exigen el involucramiento de la ciudadan\u00eda en las acciones que realice el gobierno municipal, estatal y\/o federal.<\/p>\n

En este ejercicio estuvieron presentes el secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, Mario Salinas Castro; el director general de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana, Juli\u00e1n Soto Medina; el director general de Planeaci\u00f3n para el Desarrollo Municipal, V\u00edctor Hugo Esquivel S\u00e1nchez y el regidor Antonio Chuc Pech.<\/strong><\/p>\n
