{"id":29958,"date":"2025-06-11T12:26:37","date_gmt":"2025-06-11T18:26:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=29958"},"modified":"2025-06-11T12:26:37","modified_gmt":"2025-06-11T18:26:37","slug":"en-puerto-morelos-se-enarbola-la-bandera-de-los-derechos-humanos-por-conviccion-no-solo-como-imperativo-legal-blanca-merari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/en-puerto-morelos-se-enarbola-la-bandera-de-los-derechos-humanos-por-conviccion-no-solo-como-imperativo-legal-blanca-merari\/","title":{"rendered":"EN PUERTO MORELOS SE ENARBOLA LA BANDERA DE LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS POR CONVICCI\u00d3N, NO SOLO COMO IMPERATIVO LEGAL: BLANCA MERARI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 11 de junio de 2025.\u2014 \u201cEl gobierno de Puerto Morelos est\u00e1 plenamente convencido de que en su actuar siempre debe enarbolar la bandera de los derechos humanos, no solo como imperativo legal, sino como una convicci\u00f3n plena\u201d, manifest\u00f3 la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Previo al arranque del taller \u201cServicio p\u00fablico con perspectiva de integridad y derechos humanos: valores y principios para una gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica inclusiva, \u00e9tica, respetuosa y sin discriminaci\u00f3n\u201d, impartido por el defensor y promotor de los derechos humanos, Marco Toh Eu\u00e1n, la primera autoridad municipal dijo que es una enorme responsabilidad ser un municipio plenamente respetuoso de los derechos humanos.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEste taller contribuir\u00e1 a mejorar las condiciones de respeto a la diversidad en esta administraci\u00f3n. El respeto pleno a los derechos humanos est\u00e1 contenido en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos desde su promulgaci\u00f3n en 1917, pero no tom\u00f3 fuerza vigorosa sino hasta 2011, con la reforma que puso el tema en el centro de los derechos fundamentales, de modo que las y los servidores p\u00fablicos estamos obligados a actuar en consecuencia, pero necesitamos estar siempre actualizados, capacitados y en constante noci\u00f3n de su alcance y naturaleza\u201d, manifest\u00f3 Blanca Merari.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Presidenta Municipal agradeci\u00f3 a Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Vera Uribe, director de Diversidad Sexual, quien, en la anterior administraci\u00f3n, como regidor abri\u00f3 la puerta para crear esa Direcci\u00f3n, y tener siempre un canal con la comunidad LGTBIQ+ y ayudar cuando lo requiera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vera Uribe, por su parte, sostuvo que con actividades como este taller se busca sensibilizar y profesionalizar al personal sobre la importancia de incorporar en su quehacer diario los valores de honestidad, imparcialidad, legalidad, equidad y dignidad humana, en concordancia con los principios constitucionales y marco normativo nacional en materia de derechos humanos, igualdad sustantiva y combate a la corrupci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEn el marco del D\u00eda por la Integridad, que se conmemora el 9 de cada mes, es importante recordar que el servicio p\u00fablico, tiene la responsabilidad de garantizar una gesti\u00f3n que no solo sea eficiente y transparente, sino tambi\u00e9n humana, incluyente y respetuosa de la diversidad\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe se\u00f1alar que Marco Toh Eu\u00e1n, quien dirigi\u00f3 el taller, es un defensor y promotor de los derechos humanos, especialista en perspectiva de g\u00e9nero y se ha desempe\u00f1ado como capacitador, visitador, coordinador y titular de la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de los Derechos Humanos del 2018 al 2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el taller participaron poco m\u00e1s de 50 servidores p\u00fablicos de diversas dependencias del Ayuntamiento como Secretar\u00eda de Turismo Sustentable, Secretar\u00eda General, \u00d3rgano Interno de Control, Recursos Humanos, Sistemas, Instituto Municipal de la Mujer, Subdelegaci\u00f3n Central Vallarta, DIF Municipal, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como parte del evento se entregaron reconocimientos a la directora de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, Luz Jhannel Silva Salas; David V\u00e1zquez Santill\u00e1n, del \u00d3rgano Interno de Control, y a Marco Toh Eu\u00e1n, los dos primeros por capacitaciones impartidas en semanas anteriores en materia de derechos humanos y \u00e9tica, y el tercero por el taller antes mencionado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En la ceremonia previa al taller tambi\u00e9n participaron Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n, secretario general del Ayuntamiento; Mirna Leticia Ram\u00edrez Cetina, titular del \u00d3rgano Interno de Control y Santos Juli\u00e1n Medina Cab, director de Recursos Humanos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>-0-0-0-<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 11 de junio de 2025.\u2014 \u201cEl gobierno de Puerto Morelos est\u00e1 plenamente convencido de que en su actuar siempre debe enarbolar la bandera de los derechos humanos, no solo como imperativo legal, sino como una convicci\u00f3n plena\u201d, manifest\u00f3 la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz.
