{"id":29937,"date":"2025-06-09T18:55:36","date_gmt":"2025-06-10T00:55:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=29937"},"modified":"2025-06-09T18:55:36","modified_gmt":"2025-06-10T00:55:36","slug":"inaugura-blanca-merari-el-curso-de-competencias-basicas-de-la-funcion-policial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/inaugura-blanca-merari-el-curso-de-competencias-basicas-de-la-funcion-policial\/","title":{"rendered":"INAUGURA BLANCA MERARI EL CURSO DE COMPETENCIAS B\u00c1SICAS DE LA FUNCI\u00d3N POLICIAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>*Anuncian que se gestionan unos 5 millones de pesos para Puerto Morelos del programa de Fortalecimiento para la Seguridad (Fortaseg) y del Fondo de Aportaciones para la Seguridad P\u00fablica (FASP)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 9 de junio de 2025.\u2014 \u201cLa presencia policial es fundamental para mantener la seguridad y la paz en este, el municipio m\u00e1s joven de Quintana Roo, Puerto Morelos, como indica el Eje Uno del Plan Municipal de Desarrollo, denominado \u201cPrimero tu seguridad\u201d; por eso, seguimos fortaleciendo acciones para que haya desarrollo y justicia social\u201d, afirm\u00f3 la presidenta Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz al inaugurar el curso \u201cCompetencias B\u00e1sicas de la Funci\u00f3n Policial\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Destac\u00f3 que una de las acciones prioritarias, que forma parte de los 55 objetivos planteados por el gobierno que encabeza, es brindar a los polic\u00edas mejores condiciones laborales, con una renivelaci\u00f3n salarial, objetivo que ya fue cumplido, pero tambi\u00e9n llevar a los elementos de la corporaci\u00f3n a la profesionalizaci\u00f3n para que est\u00e9n completamente insertos en el nuevo Modelo Nacional de la Polic\u00eda y Justicia C\u00edvica.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cPuerto Morelos se adhiere completamente a este esfuerzo, que se ha implementado desde la Federaci\u00f3n y en nuestro Estado, liderado por la primera mujer gobernadora, Mara Lezama, para que la formaci\u00f3n policial sea para construir la paz en el municipio\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el titular del Secretariado Ejecutivo del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad Ciudadana en Quintana Roo, Adrian Mart\u00ednez Ortega, reconoci\u00f3 el compromiso de su gesti\u00f3n con la ciudadan\u00eda para avanzar en la materia al acudir a la inauguraci\u00f3n del curso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indic\u00f3 que se trabaja de la mano con las instancias federales, del Estado y municipales, reforzando sus capacidades mediante el acceso a recursos federales, para contar con mejor capacitaci\u00f3n y equipamiento, ayudando as\u00ed a ser m\u00e1s eficientes ante los llamados ciudadanos.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEstamos trabajando para obtener los recursos mediante los programas de Fortalecimiento para la Seguridad (Fortaseg) y el Fondo de Aportaciones para la Seguridad P\u00fablica (FASP). De este \u00faltimo estimamos para Puerto Morelos unos 5 millones de pesos\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En tanto, el secretario municipal de Seguridad Ciudadana, Manuel Alejandro Nava, agradeci\u00f3 el inter\u00e9s y gu\u00eda de la Presidenta Municipal para buscar acciones que mejoren a la corporaci\u00f3n, cuya meta es alcanzar cualidades basadas en altos ideales, como el honor, integridad, respeto, valent\u00eda, excelencia, liderazgo, responsabilidad, rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y lealtad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se coment\u00f3 que las competencias b\u00e1sicas de la funci\u00f3n policial son: 1) Acondicionamiento f\u00edsico, 2) Armamento y tiro, 3) Primer respondiente, 4) Uso de la fuerza y leg\u00edtima defensa, 5) Traslado de personas, 6) Revisi\u00f3n e inspecci\u00f3n de personas y lugares y 7) Operaci\u00f3n y equipo de radiocomunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En el evento estuvieron presentes el subsecretario de Seguridad Ciudadana, Antonio Peralta Amador, en representaci\u00f3n del Secretario de Seguridad Ciudadana de Quintana Roo Julio C\u00e9sar G\u00f3mez Torres; el regidor Gonzalo Calder\u00f3n Poot; y el instructor No\u00e9 Castrell\u00f3n, de la Universidad de Sinaloa; entre otros funcionarios.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
