{"id":29930,"date":"2025-06-09T18:46:06","date_gmt":"2025-06-10T00:46:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=29930"},"modified":"2025-06-09T18:46:06","modified_gmt":"2025-06-10T00:46:06","slug":"instala-blanca-merari-comite-operativo-especializado-en-fenomenos-hidrometeorologicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/instala-blanca-merari-comite-operativo-especializado-en-fenomenos-hidrometeorologicos\/","title":{"rendered":"INSTALA BLANCA MERARI COMIT\u00c9 OPERATIVO ESPECIALIZADO EN FEN\u00d3MENOS HIDROMETEOROL\u00d3GICOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo a 9 de junio de 2025.- \u201cNuestra administraci\u00f3n ratifica su compromiso con la seguridad e integridad de los portomorelenses y sus visitantes, por eso, las tareas de protecci\u00f3n civil no deben ser solamente reactivas y reparadoras, sino en el caso que nos ocupa, deben ser fundamentalmente preventivas\u201d, expres\u00f3 la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz al instalar el Comit\u00e9 Operativo Especializado en Fen\u00f3menos Hidrometeorol\u00f3gicos 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En Sesi\u00f3n llevada a cabo en la Sala de Cabildo en el Palacio Municipal, la alcaldesa tom\u00f3 protesta a las y los integrantes de las dependencias que conforman el Comit\u00e9, del cual dijo es un \u00f3rgano transversal en el que se conjuntan las acciones de los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno y organizaciones de la sociedad civil, para dar seguimiento y analizando el curso que siguen los fen\u00f3menos naturales para la oportuna y pronta toma de decisiones de junio a noviembre en esta temporada 2025.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa meteorolog\u00eda es hoy, para nosotros, una ciencia que estamos obligados a conocer y respetar, porque nos proporciona los datos y elementos de la llegada de alguna tormenta o cicl\u00f3n tropical y que nos ayudar\u00e1 a implementar medidas de contenci\u00f3n ante un posible impacto y evitar riesgos mayores, conociendo su trayectoria desde su formaci\u00f3n\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el Ing. David Pedroza Jim\u00e9nez, en representaci\u00f3n de Erika Ram\u00edrez M\u00e9ndez, titular de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Agua (Conagua) en Quintana Roo, indic\u00f3 que desde el Servicio Meteorol\u00f3gico Nacional (SMN) se dar\u00e1 puntual seguimiento a las lluvias y ciclones que en esta temporada pudieran registrarse cuyo pron\u00f3stico es de 13 a 17, siendo los meses de agosto a octubre los de mayor actividad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3, que Quintana Roo es el segundo estado del pa\u00eds con el mayor n\u00famero de impactos de tormentas y huracanes, solo por detr\u00e1s de Baja California en el lado del oc\u00e9ano Pac\u00edfico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La coordinadora de Protecci\u00f3n Civil en Puerto Morelos, Irma \u00c1vila M\u00e9ndez, afirm\u00f3 que Puerto Morelos se encuentra listo para esta Temporada de Lluvias y Ciclones Tropicales 2025, y se cuenta con 21 refugios anticicl\u00f3nicos, 11 en la cabecera municipal y 10 en Leona Vicario y en caso del acercamiento del alg\u00fan fen\u00f3meno hidrometeorol\u00f3gico se contemplan cuatro refugios de primera apertura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, refiri\u00f3 que est\u00e1n trabajando con 13 subcomit\u00e9s, adem\u00e1s de con los desarrollos tur\u00edsticos para garantizar los refugios para los turistas que se encuentren en el destino en caso de la llegada de alguna tormenta o hurac\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En la reuni\u00f3n estuvieron presentes el secretario general del Ayuntamiento, Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n; Kelly Casanova Crespo, jefa del departamento de Gesti\u00f3n Integral de la\u00a0 Coordinaci\u00f3n Estatal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil de Quintana Roo; representantes de la DEFENSA, MARINA, Capitan\u00eda de Puerto, Guardia Nacional, as\u00ed como secretarios municipales, entre otros funcionarios.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
