{"id":29815,"date":"2025-06-03T13:19:51","date_gmt":"2025-06-03T19:19:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=29815"},"modified":"2025-06-03T13:27:33","modified_gmt":"2025-06-03T19:27:33","slug":"se-actualiza-personal-en-procesos-de-entrega-recepcion-individual","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/se-actualiza-personal-en-procesos-de-entrega-recepcion-individual\/","title":{"rendered":"SE ACTUALIZA PERSONAL EN PROCESOS DE ENTREGA RECEPCI\u00d3N INDIVIDUAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chetumal, Quintana Roo a 3 de junio de 2025.- El gobierno que encabeza la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz mantiene v\u00ednculo cercano con el gobierno estatal y las instancias del legislativo para mantener un ejercicio administrativo transparente como lo marca la Ley, destac\u00f3 la titular del \u00d3rgano Interno de Control (OIC) Mirna Leticia Ram\u00edrez Cetina.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mencion\u00f3, que todo personal de la Direcci\u00f3n de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica del OIC a su cargo acudi\u00f3 al curso que imparti\u00f3 la Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado con la intenci\u00f3n de extender los conocimiento para el manejo correcto de la Plataforma de Entrega-Recepci\u00f3n Gubernamental (PERGUB), base principal de la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa digitalizaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como la inteligencia artificial hoy son herramientas muy valiosas de las cuales estamos aprendiendo para poder agilizar los trabajos que nos permiten mostrar el trabajo que se hace por y para los ciudadanos, aplicando correctamente los recursos\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, Luz Jhannel Silva directora de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, Desarrollo Administrativo y Contralor\u00eda Social indic\u00f3 que el curso fue impartido por el M. en Aud. Sergio Hern\u00e1ndez Pacheco de la Auditoria Superior del Estado quien explic\u00f3 esta transici\u00f3n en la que se deben cumplir los criterios establecidos, es decir documentaci\u00f3n y comprobantes de quienes son sujetos obligados de cada secretaria y direcci\u00f3n que comprende la administraci\u00f3n municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Detall\u00f3, que todas las instancias que est\u00e1n a cargo de administrar o manejar fondos, bienes o valores p\u00fablicos y el propio titular de la dependencia o el servidor p\u00fablico que \u00e9ste designe, les notifique formalmente dicha obligaci\u00f3n de cargar la informaci\u00f3n correspondiente en dicha plataforma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s de quienes se encuentran en comisi\u00f3n, suplencia, encargo o bajo cualquier otra figura, hayan quedado como encargados provisionales de alguna \u00e1rea administrativa y s\u00f3lo que el nuevo titular deba cumplir con esta obligaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Finalmente, coment\u00f3 que se busca modernizar y estandarizar los procesos de transici\u00f3n administrativa, que puedan garantizar una mayor transparencia, eficiencia y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas en el manejo de los recursos p\u00fablicos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
