{"id":29740,"date":"2025-05-27T19:24:37","date_gmt":"2025-05-28T01:24:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=29740"},"modified":"2025-05-27T19:24:37","modified_gmt":"2025-05-28T01:24:37","slug":"pondra-en-marcha-blanca-merari-obras-de-pavimentacion-correspondientes-a-este-ano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/pondra-en-marcha-blanca-merari-obras-de-pavimentacion-correspondientes-a-este-ano\/","title":{"rendered":"PONDR\u00c1 EN MARCHA BLANCA MERARI OBRAS DE PAVIMENTACI\u00d3N CORRESPONDIENTES A ESTE A\u00d1O"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>*Estos trabajos forman parte del proyecto de inversi\u00f3n anual que considera 28 obras<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 27 de mayo de 2025.&#8211; \u201cUno de nuestros principales\u00a0 compromisos con los portomorelenses es mejorar la infraestructura urbana y de servicios para garantizarles bienestar y calidad de vida\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante un recorrido por diversos puntos de la cabecera municipal en los que pr\u00f3ximamente se pondr\u00e1n en marcha obras del programa anual, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se trata de trabajos que tambi\u00e9n elevar\u00e1n la plusval\u00eda de las propiedades.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEstos trabajos forman parte del proyecto de inversi\u00f3n anual, que considera 28 obras cuya licitaci\u00f3n ya comenz\u00f3, a fin de empezarlas de inmediato\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El recorrido arranc\u00f3 en la calle Mario Villanueva Madrid, prolongaci\u00f3n de la calle Vallarta, en la zona urbana, donde el secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, Mario Castro Salinas, indic\u00f3 que se pavimentar\u00e1 el tramo comprendido entre las calles 8 y 10, con un total de dos mil 419 metros cuadrados de carpeta asf\u00e1ltica de cinco cent\u00edmetros de espesor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El paquete incluye la segunda entrada de la Calle 5, en esa misma zona, donde se colocar\u00e1n mil 090 metros cuadrados de asfalto.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEn la calle Vallarta, entre Tim\u00f3n y Br\u00fajula, se pavimentar\u00e1n tres mil 127 metros cuadrados; en tanto que en la Joaqu\u00edn Hendricks, de la carretera federal a la avenida Zetina Gasca, ser\u00e1n cuatro mil 567 metros cuadrados\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adicionalmente, se pondr\u00e1 en marcha un programa de construcci\u00f3n de banquetas y guarniciones en dos mil 224 metros cuadrados de diversas calles en la cabecera municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, prosigui\u00f3, se incluy\u00f3 una propuesta para la reconstrucci\u00f3n de cuatro mil 814 metros cuadrados en tramos aislados de diversas calles de la zona centro.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cHoy el dinero se destina a lo que el pueblo necesita.
