{"id":29450,"date":"2025-05-05T14:28:20","date_gmt":"2025-05-05T20:28:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=29450"},"modified":"2025-05-05T14:28:20","modified_gmt":"2025-05-05T20:28:20","slug":"reforzamos-mantenimiento-a-red-vial-en-beneficio-de-portomorelenses-blanca-merari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/reforzamos-mantenimiento-a-red-vial-en-beneficio-de-portomorelenses-blanca-merari\/","title":{"rendered":"REFORZAMOS MANTENIMIENTO A RED VIAL EN BENEFICIO DE PORTOMORELENSES: BLANCA MERARI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>*M\u00e1s de mil 200 metros cuadrados de trabajos en baches con 61 metros c\u00fabicos de asfalto fr\u00edo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 5 de mayo de 2025.\u2014 A fin de tener una red vial segura para la comunidad, la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz gir\u00f3 instrucciones a la Secretar\u00eda de Servicios P\u00fablicos, que lleva a cabo un programa de bacheo y repavimentaci\u00f3n en calles y avenidas en mal estado, adem\u00e1s de dar mantenimiento a terracer\u00edas guarniciones y banquetas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cComo gobierno municipal es una prioridad brindar servicios p\u00fablicos de calidad a las y los ciudadanos, el objetivo es reforzar estos servicios y que los contribuyentes sepan que el cumplimiento de sus pagos se traduce en mejoras a nuestro municipio\u201d, explic\u00f3 la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari.<\/p>\n<p>En este marco, el titular de Servicios P\u00fablicos explic\u00f3 que para realizar los trabajos de bacheo en toda la geograf\u00eda municipal se trabaja en turno matutino y vespertino.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indic\u00f3 que una de las problem\u00e1ticas que se ten\u00edan para llevar a cabo el trabajo eran las lluvias, \u201csin embargo gracias al impulso de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, en la tercera semana de ese mes recibimos una primera remesa de 119.5 toneladas de asfalto fr\u00edo, el cual se puede aplicar, incluso, en un bache con agua\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salazar Trejo indic\u00f3 que en el \u00faltimo trimestre de 2024 se hicieron reparaciones en 1 mil 040 metros cuadrados de vialidades con 53.76 metros c\u00fabicos de asfalto caliente, en tanto que en el primer trimestre de este 2025 abarcaron 1 mil 236 metros cuadrados con 61 metros c\u00fabicos de asfalto fr\u00edo, que se empez\u00f3 a usar desde el primer mes del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n, ese material permiti\u00f3 acelerar los trabajos, pues hasta entonces solo se empleaba asfalto caliente con emulsi\u00f3n, que \u00fanicamente se puede aplicar en un bache totamente seco para garantizar la adherencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, indic\u00f3 que el asfalto caliente es una mezcla con emulsi\u00f3n que proporciona mejor adhesi\u00f3n, reduce la temperatura de producci\u00f3n y hace al asfalto m\u00e1s flexible y resistente a las deformaciones. En cambio, el asfalto fr\u00edo es una mezcla que se puede aplicar sin necesidad de calentamiento, se adhiere utilizando agua y su aplicaci\u00f3n es f\u00e1cil, lo que acelera la reparaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe se\u00f1alar que estas labores abarcan por igual la cabecera municipal como la Delegaci\u00f3n Leona Vicario, las laterales de la carretera federal Canc\u00fan-Playa del Carmen y los accesos de Bah\u00eda Petempich y Crococun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adicionalmente, se cumpli\u00f3 con la rehabilitaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento a terracer\u00edas para facilitar el tr\u00e1nsito en zonas de dif\u00edcil acceso, como las calles Vallarta, 8, 9 y 14, en la zona urbana, donde se utilizaron 1 mil 600 metros cuadrados de material, trabajo que se logr\u00f3 con la colaboraci\u00f3n de vecinos y empresarios.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEn cuanto al mantenimiento de banquetas y guarniciones, diariamente se barren y se recolecta la basura, asimismo, se han pintado aproximadamente 320 metros lineales de guarniciones, a fin de asegurar condiciones \u00f3ptimas para el
