Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 2 de mayo de 2025.\u2014Luego de los buenos resultados obtenidos en el Curso de Manejo Te\u00f3rico-Pr\u00e1ctico que se imparti\u00f3 del 10 al 21 de marzo pasado, la Direcci\u00f3n de Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal lanzar\u00e1 la convocatoria para un nuevo curso, que tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 totalmente gratuito, y se llevar\u00e1 a cabo del 19 de mayo al 20 de junio, inform\u00f3 su titular, Jorge Villegas Cerino.<\/strong><\/p>\n

En el primer curso tuvimos muy buenos resultados si consideramos que muchos de los participantes nunca se hab\u00edan sentado frente a un volante y salieron haciendo maniobras, como reversa y estacionamiento en tres tiempos, a\u00f1adi\u00f3. Consideramos que el \u00edndice de aprovechamiento fue de entre 70 y 80 por ciento.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cEstos cursos se organizan por instrucciones de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, a fin de que los nuevos conductores conozcan las normas viales, en particular el Reglamento de Tr\u00e1nsito, y que aprendan manejo a la defensiva, a fin de prevenir accidentes y tener un municipio m\u00e1s seguro\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Sin embargo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, en el primer curso observaron que es necesario dedicar m\u00e1s tiempo a la parte pr\u00e1ctica, por lo que se decidi\u00f3 alargar su duraci\u00f3n a fin de obtener mejores resultados. Esta vez se limitar\u00e1 el cupo a 30 personas, con duraci\u00f3n de 50 horas, de lunes a viernes, de 3 a 5 de la tarde. Para inscribirse se requiere edad m\u00ednima de 17 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

Una semana el curso, que se imparte por primera vez en el municipio, ser\u00e1 exclusivamente te\u00f3rico y el resto del tiempo pr\u00e1ctico. Los participantes no requieren tener un veh\u00edculo, pues practicar\u00e1n con uno de la corporaci\u00f3n. Es la primera vez que se imparte en el municipio y la corporaci\u00f3n proporciona un veh\u00edculo para realizar pr\u00e1cticas de manejo.<\/p>\n

\u201cEstos cursos son muy importantes porque, como autoridad, todos los d\u00edas vemos accidentes que se atribuyen a que muchos conductores desconocen las normas viales, por eso se pone \u00e9nfasis en la educaci\u00f3n vial y el manejo a la defensiva para disminuir los accidentes viales. Como autoridad, el objetivo principal es salvaguardar la integridad f\u00edsica de todos los usuarios de las v\u00edas p\u00fablicas\u201d, continu\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Por \u00faltimo, Villegas Cerino coment\u00f3 que, en este curso, que ser\u00e1 permanente durante lo que resta de la administraci\u00f3n, los participantes conocer\u00e1n el Reglamento de Tr\u00e1nsito y las normas viales, educaci\u00f3n vial, manejo a la defensiva, conducci\u00f3n y accidentes de tr\u00e1nsito.<\/p>\n

En educaci\u00f3n vial vemos qu\u00e9 es un conductor, qu\u00e9 es un peat\u00f3n, un ciclista, un motociclista y las medidas de seguridad que debe aplicar cada uno, adem\u00e1s de la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n y todo lo que tenga que ver con la v\u00eda p\u00fablica, manifest\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n
