ORDENAMIENTO EN ZONAS EJIDALES DE PUERTO MORELOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo a 30 de abril de 2025.- Autoridades estatales de Medio Ambiente (SEMA), Procuradur\u00eda de Proteci\u00f3n al Ambiente (PPA), Secretar\u00eda Desarrollo Territorial Urbano Sustentable (Sedetus), as\u00ed como municipales de Desarrollo Urbano y Ordenamiento Territorial e Instituto Municipal de Planeaci\u00f3n (IMPLAN),entre otras, sostuvieron un primer acercamiento con ejidatarios de Leona Vicario y Puerto Morelos con el af\u00e1n de presentar estrategias de ordenamiento y certeza jur\u00eddica a estas tierras.<\/p>\n<p>Rolando Melo Novelo, secretario municipal de Desarrollo Urbano y Ordenamiento Territorial, indic\u00f3 que se trata de abrir mesas de di\u00e1logo y trabajo para lograr los procesos de regularizaci\u00f3n de zonas de relevancia como la Ruta de los Cenotes y el Ejido Puerto Morelos, sobre todo para cuidar el entorno y cumplir con las normas que rigen al estado y el municipio, adem\u00e1s de aprovechar las posibles adecuaciones a los Programas de Ordenamiento Ecol\u00f3gico Local (POEL) y Plan de Desarrollo Urbano (PDU) de Puerto Morelos.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el director del Implan Puerto Morelos V\u00edctor Arag\u00f3n Madrigal, explic\u00f3 que se realiz\u00f3 un diagn\u00f3stico de la Ruta de los Cenotes que registra alrededor de 240 puntos de desarrollo con actividad econ\u00f3mica como Ecoparques, Desarrollos Inmobiliarios, Restaurantes y Centros de Hospedajes mismos que requieren de contar con permisos para dar paso a un ordenamiento sustentable.<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que se tiene que hacer una evaluaci\u00f3n del impacto ambiental, en su momento presentar la Manifestaci\u00f3n de Impacto Ambiental, contar con acciones de manejo de residuos s\u00f3lidos, as\u00ed como protocolos de protecci\u00f3n civil, adem\u00e1s de verificar la posible incorporaci\u00f3n a un regimen urbano para que pudiesen dotarse de servicios p\u00fablicos b\u00e1sicos.<\/p>\n<p>En su momento, el Secretario de Medio Ambiente de Quintana Roo, \u00d3scar R\u00e9bora Aguilera resalt\u00f3 que hay un inter\u00e9s particular de la gobernadora Mara Lezama y de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu, de poder trabajar de la mano con todos los involucrados para preservar los recursos naturales y regular la explotaci\u00f3n de los mismos de manera sustentable y vigilar la actividad comercial que vaya de acuerdo con la vocaci\u00f3n de la tierra, cuidando el impacto del entorno.<\/p>\n<p>Reiter\u00f3 la voluntad para verificar cada caso y poder apoyarlos en esta fase, en la que se comprometi\u00f3 a convocar a las instancias federales para que se aclaren dudas sobre los procedimientos a seguir.<\/p>\n<p>El titular de PPA Alfonso Lemen Meyer, mencion\u00f3 que fungir\u00e1n como gestores para quienes ya se encuentran en actividad econ\u00f3mica y puedan contar con las anuencias y permisos necesarios para evitar sanciones y procesos administrativos que deriven en clausuras o suspensi\u00f3n de actividades.<\/p>\n<p>En las reuniones estuvieron presentes los presidentes de los comisariados ejidales de Puerto Morelos Rub\u00e9n Montoya Mex y de Leona Vicario Juan Garc\u00eda Asb\u00fan, quienes hicieron extensivas sus inquietudes para seguir abriendo el di\u00e1logo y contar con todas las dependencias involucradas.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que se escucharon las inquietudes de cada uno de los ejidatarios que acudieron a la Sesi\u00f3n Informativa en ambas sedes, tanto en la Casa Ejidal de Leona
