{"id":29368,"date":"2025-04-30T10:52:17","date_gmt":"2025-04-30T16:52:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=29368"},"modified":"2025-04-30T10:52:17","modified_gmt":"2025-04-30T16:52:17","slug":"se-instala-el-consejo-consultivo-ciudadano-para-la-atencion-y-bienestar-animal-del-municipio-de-puerto-morelos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/se-instala-el-consejo-consultivo-ciudadano-para-la-atencion-y-bienestar-animal-del-municipio-de-puerto-morelos\/","title":{"rendered":"SE INSTALA EL CONSEJO CONSULTIVO CIUDADANO PARA LA ATENCI\u00d3N Y BIENESTAR ANIMAL DEL MUNICIPIO DE PUERTO MORELOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo a 30 de abril de 2025.- Con el prop\u00f3sito de abrir un espacio para la conformaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que se encaminen a crear estrategias que garanticen la protecci\u00f3n y cuidado de los animales se llev\u00f3 a cabo la Instalaci\u00f3n del Consejo Consultivo Ciudadano para la Atenci\u00f3n y Bienestar Animal de Puerto Morelos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En representaci\u00f3n de la presidenta Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, el secretario general del Ayuntamiento Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n, quien tom\u00f3 protesta a los integrantes del Nuevo Consejo Consultivo, indic\u00f3 que la conformaci\u00f3n de este organismo es un avance trascendental en la consolidaci\u00f3n de programas incluyentes y participativos enfocados al respeto a todos los seres vivos, contando con profesionales y gente comprometida que marcar\u00e1n un nuevo rumbo en el trato hacia los animales.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEste \u00f3rgano ciudadano nace del reconocimiento de que el Bienestar Animal es parte esencial del bienestar social y del desarrollo sostenible. Su integraci\u00f3n responde a una demanda legitima de la sociedad civil organizada, por ello, reafirmamos nuestro compromiso de una pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica municipal que promueve la tenencia responsable, la protecci\u00f3n contra el maltrato y la educaci\u00f3n como base para transformar nuestra relaci\u00f3n con los animales\u201d, apunt\u00f3 Espinosa Pay\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sobre la relevancia de atenci\u00f3n contra el maltrato animal, Normando Bustos Bertheau Fiscal especializado en delitos contra la flora y la fauna\u00a0 de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, indic\u00f3 que M\u00e9xico enfrenta una grave crisis de maltrato animal como el abandono de animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda en las calles, practicas crueles en la ganader\u00eda,\u00a0 explotaci\u00f3n y tr\u00e1fico\u00a0 ilegal de especies silvestres, esto dijo, exige una acci\u00f3n inmediata como \u00f3rgano p\u00fablico aut\u00f3nomo dotado de personalidad jur\u00eddica y patrimonio.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEl reconocimiento a los derechos de los animales, no es un acto de compasi\u00f3n sino de justicia, se requiere de promover educaci\u00f3n de respeto por la vida animal, y exigir cumplimiento de las leyes existentes en el pa\u00eds y el estado\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, la bi\u00f3loga Lourdes Souza Hern\u00e1ndez, en representaci\u00f3n del titular del Instituto de Biodiversidad y \u00c1reas Naturales de Quintana Roo (IBANQROO), expres\u00f3 que la protecci\u00f3n a los animales se ha convertido en un tema transversal en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, impulsado desde la sociedad civil y adoptado por el Nuevo Acuerdo por Bienestar y Desarrollo de Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indic\u00f3 que estos Consejos deben ser la base para generar v\u00ednculos para potenciar acciones en favor de las comunidades garantizando trato digno hacia los animales y la erradicaci\u00f3n del maltrato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al dar la bienvenida a los presentes la secretaria de Medio Ambiente, Bienestar Animal y Movilidad Sustentable del Puerto Morelos Aimee Regina Rodr\u00edguez Vivas, refrend\u00f3 el compromiso del gobierno municipal de trabajar por el respeto de los seres vivos y el bien de la comunidad generando acciones que conlleven la protecci\u00f3n de la fauna del municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, la titular de Bienestar Animal. Dafne Garc\u00eda Pe\u00f1a presento un resumen de actividades del 2024 y proyecciones del 2025 de la direcci\u00f3n a su cargo y convoc\u00f3 a la conformaci\u00f3n de las comisiones del Consejo Consultivo Ciudadano de Salud Animal, de Actuaci\u00f3n Contra el Maltrato Animal, y de Educaci\u00f3n y Capacitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En este acto estuvieron presentes Efr\u00e9n Boylan S\u00e1nchez jefe del departamento de Protecci\u00f3n y Bienestar Animal de la PPA, as\u00ed como Sarah Nohem\u00ed Rodr\u00edguez, directora de Salud Municipal; la coordinadora de Protecci\u00f3n Civil Irma \u00c1vila M\u00e9ndez; entre otros funcionarios y representantes de organismos de la sociedad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
