{"id":29181,"date":"2025-04-14T14:05:47","date_gmt":"2025-04-14T20:05:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=29181"},"modified":"2025-04-14T14:05:47","modified_gmt":"2025-04-14T20:05:47","slug":"entrega-blanca-merari-a-la-gobernadora-el-plan-municipal-de-desarrollo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/entrega-blanca-merari-a-la-gobernadora-el-plan-municipal-de-desarrollo\/","title":{"rendered":"ENTREGA BLANCA MERARI A LA GOBERNADORA EL PLAN MUNICIPAL DE DESARROLLO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chetumal, Quintana Roo, 14 de abril de 2025.\u2013 Al entregar hoy a la gobernadora Mara Lezama Espinosa el Plan Municipal de Desarrollo (PMD), la presidenta municipal de Puerto Morelos, Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, destac\u00f3 que el documento, que ya fue publicado en el Peri\u00f3dico Oficial del Estado, es producto de las propuestas y necesidades planteadas por los portomorelenses en los Foros de Consulta para orientar la acci\u00f3n de la administraci\u00f3n municipal 2024-2027.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Luego de participar en el evento denominado Alianzas para el Fortalecimiento del Desarrollo Municipal, efectuado en el Centro de Convenciones de esta capital, en el cual los 11 presidentes municipales entregaron sus respectivos Planes Municipales de Desarrollo, Blanca Merari record\u00f3 que en ese documento se plantean metas en \u00e1reas como bienestar social, seguridad, obras y servicios p\u00fablicos, combate a la corrupci\u00f3n, transparencia y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El documento se integr\u00f3 en 5 ejes: Primero tu Seguridad; Bienestar y Justicia Social para el Pueblo; Oportunidades para Todas y Todos; Agenda Verde y Gobierno Cercano a la Gente, con estrategias para garantizar crecimiento urbano ordenado, servicios p\u00fablicos de calidad, cuidado del ambiente y gobierno respetuoso de los derechos de sus ciudadanos.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEl PMD de Puerto Morelos es producto de un esfuerzo de planeaci\u00f3n basado en el compromiso de servir con lealtad y resultados. Est\u00e1 alineado con la visi\u00f3n y objetivos de los gobiernos de la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum y la gobernadora Mara Lezama\u201d, indic\u00f3 la Presidenta Municipal.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese marco, la Gobernadora record\u00f3 que las administraciones municipales 2024-2027 ya cumplieron seis meses de haber tomado posesi\u00f3n, tiempo en el que sentaron las bases del trabajo que realizar\u00e1n en los pr\u00f3ximos tres a\u00f1os para mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes y destac\u00f3 que cada decisi\u00f3n importa y debe de ser analizada y planeada de la mejor manera posible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, destac\u00f3 que, dado que las autoridades municipales no pueden resolver por s\u00ed solas los problemas de sus territorios, cuentan con el apoyo y acompa\u00f1amiento del Estado y la Federaci\u00f3n, lo que les permitir\u00e1 no solo atender temas puntuales, sino tambi\u00e9n fortalecer sus capacidades institucionales, identificar necesidades y establecer pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas integrales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el mismo evento se firmaron los Planes Maestros de agua potable, alcantarillado, saneamiento y prevenci\u00f3n de inundaciones de los municipios del Estado, en lo que fue una jornada para reconocer lo realizado por sus autoridades para promover el desarrollo sostenible y mejorar la calidad de vida de su poblaci\u00f3n mediante el fortalecimiento de capacidades y el establecimiento de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que orienten las acciones de los gobiernos locales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, la presidenta Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz suscribi\u00f3 el Nuevo Acuerdo por el Bienestar y Desarrollo para el Fortalecimiento Municipal mediante la Transferencia de Conocimientos y Tecnolog\u00eda en \u00c1reas relacionadas con el Desarrollo Sostenible y las Pol\u00edticas P\u00fablicas, a fin de consolidar el crecimiento del municipio y brindar beneficios tangibles a la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Acuerdo establece que por medio de la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas y Planeaci\u00f3n (Sefiplan), se capacitar\u00e1, formar\u00e1 y brindar\u00e1 asesorar\u00eda t\u00e9cnica especializada en materia de planeaci\u00f3n, gesti\u00f3n financiera y administraci\u00f3n de recursos p\u00fablicos; programas en materia de ejecuci\u00f3n del gasto y se propondr\u00e1n estrategias para modernizar la gesti\u00f3n municipal en materia de programaci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n presupuestal.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEste nuevo Acuerdo fortalecer\u00e1 a\u00fan m\u00e1s las acciones entre Estado y municipio, teniendo claridad en el rumbo del crecimiento, acorde con las normas que nos rigen como entidad federativa y atender necesidades particulares de Puerto Morelos, en las que la sociedad organizada tambi\u00e9n tiene participaci\u00f3n\u201d, refiri\u00f3 la Alcaldesa.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En el evento tambi\u00e9n participaron Efra\u00edn Morales L\u00f3pez, director de la Conagua; Martha Parroqu\u00edn P\u00e9rez, secretar\u00eda de Finanzas y Planeaci\u00f3n; Felipe Zatar\u00e1in Mendoza, subdirector de Agua Potable, Drenaje y Saneamiento; Hugo Federico Garza S\u00e1enz, director general de la CAPA;\u00a0 Mar\u00eda Cristina Torres G\u00f3mez, secretaria de Gobierno; Juan Ignacio Ath\u00ede Lambarri, presidente del Consejo Ciudadano de Planeaci\u00f3n Estatal y Ana Marleny Rivero Canch\u00e9, presidenta del Colegio de Economistas de Quintana Roo, la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz estuvo acompa\u00f1ada por V\u00edctor Hugo
