{"id":28732,"date":"2025-03-12T13:51:07","date_gmt":"2025-03-12T19:51:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=28732"},"modified":"2025-03-12T13:51:07","modified_gmt":"2025-03-12T19:51:07","slug":"destaca-blanca-merari-la-importancia-de-la-capacitacion-para-mejorar-en-el-servicio-publico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/destaca-blanca-merari-la-importancia-de-la-capacitacion-para-mejorar-en-el-servicio-publico\/","title":{"rendered":"DESTACA BLANCA MERARI LA IMPORTANCIA DE LA CAPACITACI\u00d3N PARA MEJORAR EN EL SERVICIO P\u00daBLICO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 12 de marzo de 2025.&#8211; Al reafirmar su compromiso con la capacitaci\u00f3n permanente en los servidores p\u00fablicos, la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz entreg\u00f3 a 30 servidores p\u00fablicos municipales sus constancias por haber concluido el Curso de Ingl\u00e9s B\u00e1sico y destac\u00f3 que su administraci\u00f3n reconoce la importancia de fomentar el aprendizaje de nuevas herramientas para brindar a los portomorelenses una atenci\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficiente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, dijo que la capacitaci\u00f3n en el idioma ingl\u00e9s tiene especial importancia, no solo porque Puerto Morelos es un municipio tur\u00edstico en el que la mayor parte de los visitantes proviene de Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1, sino tambi\u00e9n porque cada vez mayor n\u00famero de personas de esos pa\u00edses llegan para invertir o residir aqu\u00ed.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLos felicito por sus ganas de superarse, fortalecer su preparaci\u00f3n y ser mejores en el desempe\u00f1o de su funci\u00f3n. Hago extensiva la felicitaci\u00f3n a la Direcci\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos por tan acertada iniciativa\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 Blanca Merari.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El curso, impartido por la maestra Mar\u00eda Oliva Medina Cab, tuvo duraci\u00f3n de dos semanas. Participaron servidores p\u00fablicos municipales de \u00e1reas como la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana, Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico, Secretar\u00eda de Bienestar, Direcci\u00f3n de Juzgados Calificadores y del Centro de Retenci\u00f3n y Direcci\u00f3n de Recursos Materiales. Pr\u00f3ximamente se abrir\u00e1 el curso de nivel Intermedio y, luego, el Avanzado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A su vez, el oficial mayor Rodrigo Andr\u00e9s Ruiz \u00c1lvarez, elogi\u00f3 el esfuerzo y compromiso de los servidores p\u00fablicos que concluyeron el curso y record\u00f3 que el servicio p\u00fablico es la columna vertebral de la sociedad, de modo que cada acci\u00f3n de la autoridad y sus colaboradores impacta directamente en la vida de los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ser servidor p\u00fablico implica gran responsabilidad que no solo debe cumplir con la integridad, sino tambi\u00e9n con conocimiento, habilidades y capacidades que permitan ofrecer un servicio de calidad y efectivo y, por eso, la capacitaci\u00f3n, que debe ser un proceso continuo, es \u201cuna herramienta esencial para el desempe\u00f1o de nuestras funciones\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, Cecilia Trigos Abdal\u00e1, trabajadora del Ayuntamiento de Puerto Morelos, agradeci\u00f3 la organizaci\u00f3n de este curso, que brindar\u00e1 a los colaboradores municipales herramientas para ser mejores servidores p\u00fablicos<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En el evento tambi\u00e9n estuvieron Santos Juli\u00e1n Medina Cab, director de Recursos Humanos; Sara Eugenia
