*270 servidores participaron en 11 cursos impartidos en el primer bimestre del a\u00f1o<\/strong><\/p>\n

Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 6 de marzo de 2025.– A fin de proveer a los servidores p\u00fablicos del Ayuntamiento herramientas para un mejor desempe\u00f1o y que puedan ayudar y orientar a visitantes y contribuyentes extranjeros avecindados en el municipio, por instrucciones de la presidenta Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz se imparti\u00f3 nueva capacitaci\u00f3n, ahora sobre ingl\u00e9s b\u00e1sico, con el que se suman 11 cursos gratuitos otorgados y 270 servidores p\u00fablicos.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

En este gobierno impulsamos la mejora continua en el servicio p\u00fablico, a fin de brindar atenci\u00f3n eficiente a quien acude al Ayuntamiento a realizar tr\u00e1mites o buscar orientaci\u00f3n. Mediante cursos y talleres, nuestros colaboradores acceden a conocimientos o se actualizan constantemente en diversas \u00e1reas, confirm\u00f3 la Presidenta Municipal.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Asimismo, indic\u00f3 que la capacitaci\u00f3n abarca b\u00e1sicamente \u00e1reas en las que se buscan mejoras, pero tambi\u00e9n otras que son de inter\u00e9s de los servidores p\u00fablicos, como es el caso del curso de ingl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

El director de Recursos Humanos, Juli\u00e1n Medina Cab, dijo que en este curso participaron 30 servidores p\u00fablicos municipales, divididos en dos grupos, de 15 cada uno, y anunci\u00f3 que pr\u00f3ximamente se abrir\u00e1 otro de nivel intermedio y, luego, el avanzado.<\/p>\n

La instrucci\u00f3n fue coordinada por el jefe de Capacitaci\u00f3n, Pablo Alvarado, quien detall\u00f3 que los 11 cursos impartidos en el primer bimestre del a\u00f1o abarcaron temas como los siguientes: H\u00e1bitos saludables en el entorno laboral; Inducci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica a la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica; Marco normativo nacional y compromisos en materia de corrupci\u00f3n; Mecanismos de control interno; Word b\u00e1sico; Ortograf\u00eda y redacci\u00f3n y Prevenci\u00f3n del c\u00e1ncer a trav\u00e9s de la alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

A los 270 servidores p\u00fablicos que participaron tambi\u00e9n se les brind\u00f3 capacitaci\u00f3n en Derechos Humanos en el servicio p\u00fablico y su enfoque, adem\u00e1s de Derechos fundamentales en el \u00e1mbito laboral, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n

El curso de ingl\u00e9s obedece a que hay residentes que provienen de otras partes del mundo y constantemente llegan a la Tesorer\u00eda, Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico e, incluso, a Seguridad P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n

La maestra Oliva Medina Cab, quien cuenta con certificaciones para la ense\u00f1anza de la lengua inglesa y tuvo a su cargo el curso de ingl\u00e9s b\u00e1sico, destac\u00f3 que los participantes mostraron mucho inter\u00e9s en aprender. Lo confirma el hecho de que la asistencia fue del 100 por ciento en cada uno de los seis m\u00f3dulos impartidos a lo largo de dos semanas.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, opin\u00f3 que el curso se debe impartir con m\u00e1s frecuencia y abrirlo a la poblaci\u00f3n en general, principalmente prestadores de servicios, trabajadores de hoteles, restaurantes e, incluso, tricitaxistas de Leona Vicario, ya que, por ser Puerto Morelos un centro tur\u00edstico, muchos trabajadores requieren el ingl\u00e9s para mejor desempe\u00f1o laboral.<\/p>\n

Uno de los participantes, Ram\u00f3n Rendiz, de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana, confirm\u00f3 que esta capacitaci\u00f3n es \u201cexcelente\u201d y muy importante porque, al ser Puerto Morelos un lugar tur\u00edstico, \u201cnos ayuda a orientar a quienes nos visitan para que lleguen a los lugares de su inter\u00e9s\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
