Ah\u00ed est\u00e1 el valor de este convenio, que tambi\u00e9n firmamos en la pasada administraci\u00f3n para maximizar las opciones de capacitaci\u00f3n de nuestras y nuestros servidores p\u00fablicos municipales.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante Alejandro Alamilla Villanueva, director del ICATQR, agradeci\u00f3 la labor que realiza dicho Instituto en Puerto Morelos, donde se ha convertido en un importante aliado, pues contribuye a potenciar las habilidades desarrolladas desde la ni\u00f1ez por hombres y mujeres, las cuales con frecuencia determinan sus estudios t\u00e9cnicos o profesionales.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El ser humano nunca deja de aprender nuevas t\u00e9cnicas en el campo de su desarrollo, continu\u00f3. Por eso, cursa estudios adicionales y diplomados, para aprender m\u00e1s y ser mejor en aquello a lo que se dedica. Estoy segura de que as\u00ed piensan nuestros servidores p\u00fablicos de Puerto Morelos y Leona Vicario, pues saber m\u00e1s es sin\u00f3nimo de superaci\u00f3n y de ser mejor cada d\u00eda en lo que hacemos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A su vez, Alamilla Villanueva dijo que desde la creaci\u00f3n del ICATQR, con la suma de esfuerzos de los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno, suman casi 600 mil las personas capacitadas, a fin de generar v\u00ednculos de desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social, pues las constancias que se entregan tienen valor curricular en todo el pa\u00eds. \u201cEn el caso de las certificaciones de excelencia, tienen valor en Estados Unidos, Canad\u00e1, Chile, Per\u00fa y Colombia\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, Rodrigo Andr\u00e9s Ruiz \u00c1lvarez, oficial mayor del Ayuntamiento, confirm\u00f3 que este convenio representa un paso fundamental hacia el fortalecimiento del desarrollo social, econ\u00f3mico y administrativo de Puerto Morelos, al permitir a servidores p\u00fablicos y ciudadanos mejorar sus habilidades para que puedan acceder a nuevas oportunidades laborales e impulsar el crecimiento personal y profesional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el evento se entregaron constancias a 14 personas, 11 mujeres y tres varones, quienes concluyeron cursos de capacitaci\u00f3n en Cabello, nivel intermedio; Extensi\u00f3n de Pesta\u00f1as e Ingl\u00e9s Intermedio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En el evento tambi\u00e9n estuvieron la regidora Rosario Concha Naal, Santos Juli\u00e1n Medina Cab, director municipal de Recursos Humanos, integrantes del Cabildo, secretarios y directores de las diferentes \u00e1reas de la administraci\u00f3n municipal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
