{"id":28427,"date":"2025-02-19T08:53:22","date_gmt":"2025-02-19T14:53:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=28427"},"modified":"2025-02-19T08:53:22","modified_gmt":"2025-02-19T14:53:22","slug":"participacion-ciudadana-basica-para-construir-la-vision-de-gobernanza-ambiental-blanca-merari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/participacion-ciudadana-basica-para-construir-la-vision-de-gobernanza-ambiental-blanca-merari\/","title":{"rendered":"PARTICIPACI\u00d3N CIUDADANA, B\u00c1SICA PARA CONSTRUIR LA VISI\u00d3N DE GOBERNANZA AMBIENTAL: BLANCA MERARI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 19 de febrero.&#8211; La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz aplaudi\u00f3 hoy la estrategia de consulta ciudadana que impulsa la gobernadora Mara Lezama para definir acciones en los rubros de asentamientos humanos, conservaci\u00f3n, protecci\u00f3n y aprovechamiento de recursos naturales y gobernanza ambiental.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Todos esos son t\u00f3picos fundamentales en los cuales es necesaria e indispensable la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana para construir la visi\u00f3n de gobernanza ambiental que se incorporar\u00e1 al Plan Estrat\u00e9gico de Desarrollo Sostenible de Quintana Roo, con miras al 2050.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al intervenir en el Foro Construyendo un Quintana Roo Sostenible, organizado por la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas y Planeaci\u00f3n en el Parque Fundadores del Casco Antiguo, Blanca Merari destac\u00f3 que los portomorelenses est\u00e1n listos &#8220;para participar, proponer y ayudar a que el Estado, regi\u00f3n y municipio sean mejores en esta importante materia del medio ambiente y sostenibilidad&#8221;.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cDesde aqu\u00ed, desde el coraz\u00f3n de Puerto Morelos, el Parque Fundadores y nuestra emblem\u00e1tica Ventana al Mar, nuestra administraci\u00f3n saluda y aplaude esta estrategia de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana para construir el Plan Estrat\u00e9gico de Desarrollo Sostenible de Quintana Roo, con miras al 2050\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Presidenta Municipal se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el medio ambiente y la sostenibilidad no son temas que puedan ni deban seguir abord\u00e1ndose unilateralmente desde los gobiernos federal, estatales o municipales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por el contrario, a\u00f1adi\u00f3, necesitamos gobiernos responsables y comprometidos, pero tambi\u00e9n especialistas que aporten sus conocimientos a las mejores causas y, sobre todo, la participaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s amplia de la sociedad organizada, acad\u00e9micos, empresarios, vecinos, siempre en apego a las leyes que hoy nos rigen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la inauguraci\u00f3n del evento, el secretario de Medio Ambiente, \u00d3scar R\u00e9bora, dijo que a los asistentes los reuni\u00f3 una causa com\u00fan: construir un Quintana Roo sostenible, en el cual el bienestar social y econ\u00f3mico supere retos como el crecimiento urbano desordenado y la sobreexplotaci\u00f3n de los recursos naturales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A su vez, Cinthya Dehesa, directora de Ciudadan@s por la Transparencia, asever\u00f3 que, juntos, los ciudadanos pueden lograr grandes cambios y aportar soluciones para atender preocupaciones como las relacionadas con el medio ambiente y la falta de un estado de Derecho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Al evento tambi\u00e9n asistieron la secretaria municipal de Medio Ambiente, Bienestar Animal y Movilidad Sustentable, Aim\u00e9e Rodrigue Vivas, quien hizo un llamado para abordar juntos, sociedad y gobierno, los desaf\u00edos ambientales; Reyna Arceo, contralora del Estado: Andr\u00e9s Becerril, subsecretario de Turismo y Odette Ruiz, subsecretaria de Planeaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Tambi\u00e9n estuvieron presentes secretarios y directores de diferentes \u00e1reas de la administraci\u00f3n municipal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>-0-0-0-<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 19 de febrero.&#8211; La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz aplaudi\u00f3 hoy la estrategia de consulta ciudadana que impulsa la gobernadora Mara Lezama para definir acciones en los rubros de asentamientos humanos, conservaci\u00f3n, protecci\u00f3n y aprovechamiento de recursos naturales y gobernanza ambiental.
