{"id":28243,"date":"2025-02-07T14:03:39","date_gmt":"2025-02-07T20:03:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=28243"},"modified":"2025-02-07T14:21:34","modified_gmt":"2025-02-07T20:21:34","slug":"reconoce-blanca-merari-esfuerzo-de-policias-de-puerto-morelos-y-llama-a-continuar-su-profesionalizacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/reconoce-blanca-merari-esfuerzo-de-policias-de-puerto-morelos-y-llama-a-continuar-su-profesionalizacion\/","title":{"rendered":"RECONOCE BLANCA MERARI ESFUERZO DE POLIC\u00cdAS DE PUERTO MORELOS Y LLAMA A CONTINUAR SU PROFESIONALIZACI\u00d3N"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo a 7 de enero de 2025.- Entrega la presidenta municipal de Puerto Morelos Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, reconocimientos a los 26 elementos de la polic\u00eda que concluyeron el curso de capacitaci\u00f3n denominado \u201cCoordinaci\u00f3n Interinstitucional para el Ejercicio de Funciones del Primer Respondiente\u201d, implementado por la Secretar\u00eda Municipal de Seguridad Ciudadana con la colaboraci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) de Quintana Roo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cLa capacitaci\u00f3n a elementos de Seguridad Ciudadana garantiza la actuaci\u00f3n efectiva ante la denuncia y llamado de la poblaci\u00f3n ante posibles hechos delictivos de los que pudieran ser v\u00edctimas, por ello, queremos darles las herramientas necesarias para desempe\u00f1ar de la mejor manera su encomientda en las calles\u201d, mencion\u00f3.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Blanca Merari Tziu, indic\u00f3 que la administraci\u00f3n trabaja tambi\u00e9n para cumplir con el reto que ha marcado la gobernadora Mara Lezama, de tener en todo el Estado a la polic\u00eda mejor pagada en el pa\u00eds, y Puerto Morelos no ser\u00e1 la excepci\u00f3n, reconociendo su labor, por lo que en breve se har\u00e1 el anuncio pertinente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La primera autoridad municipal invit\u00f3 a todos los elementos a conducirse de manera recta y en estricto apego a la ley, ya que en Puerto Morelos no se permitir\u00e1 el abuso de poder.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el Fiscal Ministerio P\u00fablico de la FGE, Ronnel Le\u00f3n Mart\u00ednez en nombre del Fiscal General del Estado Raciel L\u00f3pez Salazar, agradeci\u00f3 la invitaci\u00f3n e inter\u00e9s para capacitar a los elementos de la corporaci\u00f3n para obtener los criterios y herramientas en el ejercicio de sus funciones como primeros respondientes, ante la comisi\u00f3n de un delito.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEstamos convencidos de que con estas acciones de profesionalizaci\u00f3n y aplicando el marco jur\u00eddico en sus atribuciones, mejorar\u00e1 la coordinaci\u00f3n y cooperaci\u00f3n interinstitucional en el combate a la delincuencia en el municipio, reduciendo los \u00edndices delictivos en beneficio de la sociedad quintanarroense\u201d, pronunci\u00f3 el Fiscal.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al dar la bienvenida a la clausura del citado curso, el secretario municipal de Seguridad Ciudadana Tte. Nav. Manuel Alejandro Nava Garc\u00eda destac\u00f3 el esfuerzo de la presidenta Blanca Merari Tziu que con liderazgo y visi\u00f3n ha impulsado iniciativas en busca de mejorar los procesos y servicios del municipio y en esta ocasi\u00f3n para el fortalecimiento de la corporaci\u00f3n que incide en beneficio de la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Explic\u00f3 que asistieron 26 elementos durante cuatro d\u00edas, en el primer m\u00f3dulo se abord\u00f3 el tema de \u201cPreservaci\u00f3n del lugar de los hechos o del hallazgo\u201d, impartido por el perito Lic. Raquel Ameyali Jim\u00e9nez Gal\u00e1n adscrita al \u00e1rea de servicios periciales de la FGE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, instruy\u00f3 sobre \u201cCadena de Custodia\u201d, \u201cInforme Homologado y Registro Nacional de Detenciones, a cargo del Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n (PDI) Mtro. Roberto Fabela Soto. Y \u201cDetenci\u00f3n en Flagrancia y Puesta a Disposici\u00f3n\u201d a cargo tambi\u00e9n del Fiscal Ronnel Le\u00f3n Mart\u00ednez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cabe destacar que la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu tambi\u00e9n entreg\u00f3 reconocimientos a los instructores del Curso por su invaluable colaboraci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda Municipal de Seguridad
