{"id":28218,"date":"2025-02-05T11:21:53","date_gmt":"2025-02-05T17:21:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=28218"},"modified":"2025-02-05T11:21:53","modified_gmt":"2025-02-05T17:21:53","slug":"solo-quien-conoce-la-constitucion-la-respeta-cumple-y-defiende-blanca-merari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/solo-quien-conoce-la-constitucion-la-respeta-cumple-y-defiende-blanca-merari\/","title":{"rendered":"SOLO QUIEN CONOCE LA CONSTITUCI\u00d3N LA RESPETA, CUMPLE Y DEFIENDE: BLANCA MERARI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 5 de febrero de 2025.&#8211; En el marco del 108 Aniversario de la promulgaci\u00f3n de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz formul\u00f3 hoy un llamado a conocer y estudiar ese documento, porque solo as\u00ed se le respetar\u00e1, cumplir\u00e1, defender\u00e1 y promover\u00e1n los derechos que garantiza.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cConocerla no es asunto de adultos o abogados, sino de todas y todos porque desde hace 108 a\u00f1os nos gu\u00eda como sociedad. Es una de las cinco constituciones m\u00e1s antiguas del mundo y sigue vigente, lo que nos habla de lo bien hecha que est\u00e1, porque la redactaron mexicanos que pusieron por encima de sus intereses personales los de la patria\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al intervenir en la ceremonia c\u00edvica con motivo del Aniversario de la Carta Magna, realizada en la Secundaria \u201cMario Molina Pasquel\u201d, record\u00f3 que \u00e9sta consta de 136 art\u00edculos y que, en su primera parte, denominada \u201cDe los Derechos Humanos y sus Garant\u00edas\u201d, habla de los derechos que tenemos todas y todos como personas y establece las libertades de expresi\u00f3n y de tr\u00e1nsito, as\u00ed como la igualdad entre mujeres y hombres, entre otras cosas.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, nuestra Constituci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n establece que somos una democracia, una naci\u00f3n soberana, con divisi\u00f3n de poderes y tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno, los cuales deben estar siempre al pendiente para trabajar por todas y todos, por el pueblo, y llevar la justicia social a todos los lugares, continu\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, afirm\u00f3 que luego de 108 a\u00f1os de vigencia y de guiarnos como sociedad, la Constituci\u00f3n sigue vigente, es el documento jur\u00eddico y pol\u00edtico que nos rige y orienta como mexicanos. \u201cSi la entendemos y conocemos es nuestra \u00fanica herramienta como ciudadanos para defendernos y ser mejores mexicanos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A su vez, la directora del plantel, Guadalupe Abigail Mart\u00ednez Cant\u00f3n, subray\u00f3 que los mexicanos tenemos una Constituci\u00f3n que nos reconoce como ciudadanos, nos otorga derechos y establece obligaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Previamente, el alumno Edwin Alexander Gonz\u00e1lez Gonz\u00e1lez ley\u00f3 una rese\u00f1a de la primera Constituci\u00f3n Social del siglo XX, surgida del movimiento revolucionario que comenz\u00f3 en 1910, en tanto que tres alumnas y dos alumnos presentaron las efem\u00e9rides de la semana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como parte de la ceremonia c\u00edvica se rindieron honores a la Bandera y se entonaron los himnos Nacional Mexicano y de Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Al evento asistieron tambi\u00e9n secretarios, directores y trabajadores del Ayuntamiento.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
