{"id":28109,"date":"2025-01-28T11:28:42","date_gmt":"2025-01-28T17:28:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=28109"},"modified":"2025-01-28T11:28:42","modified_gmt":"2025-01-28T17:28:42","slug":"invita-blanca-merari-a-los-contribuyentes-a-aprovechar-descuentos-en-el-pago-del-predial-y-la-opcion-del-pago-en-linea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/invita-blanca-merari-a-los-contribuyentes-a-aprovechar-descuentos-en-el-pago-del-predial-y-la-opcion-del-pago-en-linea\/","title":{"rendered":"INVITA BLANCA MERARI A LOS CONTRIBUYENTES A APROVECHAR DESCUENTOS EN EL PAGO DEL PREDIAL Y LA OPCI\u00d3N DEL PAGO EN L\u00cdNEA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 28 de enero de 2025.&#8211; La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz invit\u00f3 a los contribuyentes del municipio para que aprovechen los descuentos que otorga el Ayuntamiento por el pago anualizado del Impuesto Predial 2025 y las facilidades para cubrir el gravamen en l\u00ednea mediante la Ventanilla Digital.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Luego de recordar que durante el presente mes se otorga un descuento del 10 por ciento a quienes cubren en una sola exhibici\u00f3n el impuesto correspondiente a todo 2025, el cual ser\u00e1 del 5 por ciento en febrero, la alcaldesa dijo que por vez primera los contribuyentes pueden hacer el pago en l\u00ednea, en el portal puertomorelosdigital.com, en el que previamente deben crear un usuario y contrase\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa opci\u00f3n del pago en l\u00ednea fue una petici\u00f3n constante de los contribuyentes desde hace tiempo; por eso, nos dimos a la tarea de habilitarla, para que se ahorren gastos de transportaci\u00f3n y tiempo por el traslado a nuestras oficinas. Adem\u00e1s, pueden evitar formar filas\u201d, indic\u00f3 Blanca Merari.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Record\u00f3 que para ofrecer esa opci\u00f3n de pago fue necesario el trabajo de diversas dependencias municipales, coordinadas por la Secretar\u00eda Municipal de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Mejora Regulatoria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mi administraci\u00f3n tiene como objetivo digitalizar el cobro de otros grav\u00e1menes y derechos, a fin de facilitar su pago a los contribuyentes.
