Madrid, Espa\u00f1a, 21 de enero de 2025.– Luego de acompa\u00f1ar a la gobernadora Mara Lezama Espinosa en el Foro \u201cConectando Oportunidades en el Sector Tur\u00edstico\u201d, organizado por BBVA, la presidenta municipal de Puerto Morelos, Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, dijo que en el evento se constat\u00f3 el enorme inter\u00e9s que generan Quintana Roo y sus 12 destinos tur\u00edsticos entre los inversionistas ib\u00e9ricos.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

Fue una experiencia enriquecedora, que permiti\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, conocer el papel que durante casi un siglo ha jugado BBVA Research, a fin de estimular el debate p\u00fablico y fomentar el conocimiento de la sociedad en materia econ\u00f3mica, asever\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

En ese sentido, coment\u00f3 que la Gobernadora dio la pauta para promover, consolidar y atraer a Quintana Roo m\u00e1s inversiones de Espa\u00f1a, pa\u00eds que a partir de 1985 canaliz\u00f3 capital al sector hotelero del Estado y hoy posee m\u00e1s del 30 por ciento de las 135 mil habitaciones hoteleras que hay en la entidad.<\/p>\n

En Quintana Roo y Puerto Morelos tenemos con qu\u00e9 atraer m\u00e1s capital espa\u00f1ol: belleza natural, infraestructura moderna, gastronom\u00eda con altos est\u00e1ndares de calidad y, sobre todo, trato amable y c\u00e1lido que nos posicionan como l\u00edderes indiscutibles del sector tur\u00edstico, manifest\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Blanca Merari Tziu se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, si bien Quintana Roo se ha consolidado como destino tur\u00edstico de clase mundial, mantiene un futuro prometedor, con una estrategia de diversificaci\u00f3n, en la que se impulsa al turismo comunitario, de salud y gastron\u00f3mico, principalmente, y hay una mejora continua de los servicios e infraestructura.<\/p>\n

Si bien la belleza natural es base del desarrollo tur\u00edstico en Puerto Morelos, hemos puesto \u00e9nfasis en la generaci\u00f3n y fortalecimiento de la confianza entre los inversionistas y la capacitaci\u00f3n continua del personal para garantizar calidad en el servicio.<\/p>\n

La Presidenta Municipal se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la inversi\u00f3n en el sector tur\u00edstico es impulsada por proyectos de infraestructura como el Aeropuerto de Tulum \u201cFelipe Carrillo Puerto\u201d, el Tren Maya, que tiene en Puerto Morelos una estaci\u00f3n y una terminal, y el Puente Nichupt\u00e9, a\u00fan en construcci\u00f3n, obras que atraen inversiones hoteleras y fomentan el inter\u00e9s de las aerol\u00edneas y navieras por abrir nuevas rutas o aumentar frecuencias a Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Blanca Merari destac\u00f3 que su gobierno tiene claro que solo as\u00ed se podr\u00e1 cumplir el compromiso de llevar prosperidad compartida a los portomorelenses y hacer que el \u00e9xito tur\u00edstico se refleje en la mesa de cada familia.<\/p>\n

Nosotros hacemos lo que nos corresponde para impulsar un crecimiento incluyente, sostenible y sustentable en Puerto Morelos; queremos desarrollo, pero en forma ordenada, para que las futuras generaciones tambi\u00e9n se beneficien de esta riqueza, que tengan opciones de trabajo y tengan garantizado el bienestar a sus familias, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Por \u00faltimo, indic\u00f3 que ma\u00f1ana, con la inauguraci\u00f3n oficial de la Fitur, comenzar\u00e1 una intensa actividad, a fin de atraer m\u00e1s turismo europeo a Puerto Morelos, donde hasta hoy la mayor parte de los visitantes son estadounidenses, nacionales y canadienses. \u201cTenemos amplias expectativas en que la estrategia de promoci\u00f3n dar\u00e1 buen resultado. La infraestructura, la calidad del servicio y la naturaleza nos respaldan\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n
