Morelos, Quintana Roo, 14 de enero de 2024.&#8211; La Secretar\u00eda de Obras P\u00fablicas de Puerto Morelos planea ejercer este a\u00f1o en la contrucci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de pozos pluviales en el municipio 5 millones 750 mil pesos, suma que representa 13.72 por ciento de aumento en comparaci\u00f3n con lo ejercido en 2024, a fin de ampliar la red municipal de pozos y mantenerlos en condiciones de operaci\u00f3n, inform\u00f3 su titular, Axel Alejandro Rosado Ram\u00edrez.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Luego de comentar que, al igual que en 2024, los recursos destinados para esos trabajos provendr\u00edan del Fondo de Aportaciones para la Infraestructura Social Municipal (Faismun), record\u00f3 que el a\u00f1o pasado se ejercieron 6 millones 155 mil 420 pesos, de los cuales 1 mill\u00f3n 702 mil 568 pesos se destinaron a construcci\u00f3n y 4 millones 452 mil 852 pesos a mantenimiento.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, Rosado Ram\u00edrez explic\u00f3 que la empresa contratada para construir el a\u00f1o pasado la construcci\u00f3n de 11 pozos pluviales en el municipio, realiza actualmente la \u00faltima de esas obras, en la calle 54, entre 45 y Chac\u00e1, en la colonia Zetina Gasca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por instrucciones de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, dos de esos pozos se construyeron en la calle Almendro, donde se ubican las oficinas de Servicios P\u00fablicos, ya que ah\u00ed se acumulaba el agua pluvial que escurre de la carretera federal, situaci\u00f3n que oblig\u00f3 a los vecinos de esa zona a construir muretes en el frente de sus predios para evitar que \u00e9sta invadiera sus casas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El funcionario aclar\u00f3 que, debido a problemas con la tenencia de la tierra en Leona Vicario, a diferencia de lo ocurrido hasta el a\u00f1o pasado, en que el presupuesto era global, este a\u00f1o se dividi\u00f3 entre lo destinado a la Delegaci\u00f3n, donde se ejercer\u00edan 500 mil en construcci\u00f3n de pozos y 750 mil en mantenimiento, y lo que se invertir\u00eda en la cabecera municipal: 1 mill\u00f3n 500 mil y 4 millones 250 mil pesos, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, Mario Salinas Castro, director general de Obras P\u00fablicas, indic\u00f3 que, originalmente, el pozo que se construye se program\u00f3 en el Casco Antiguo, pero despu\u00e9s de perforar y de que pasaron las lluvias, se constat\u00f3 que la perforaci\u00f3n alcanz\u00f3 una vena, de modo que ya no se hizo la caja y, en coordinaci\u00f3n con Servicios P\u00fablicos, se decidi\u00f3 reubicar la obra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Tambi\u00e9n precis\u00f3 que la dependencia ejecuta anualmente un programa de construcci\u00f3n y otro de mantenimiento y desazolve que se lleva a cabo por medio de un contrato de obra p\u00fablica, debido a que no se tiene equipo para ejecutar esos trabajos en la red de m\u00e1s de\u00a0 800 pozos colectores y rejillas que hay en el municipio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p
