{"id":27712,"date":"2024-12-21T09:23:54","date_gmt":"2024-12-21T15:23:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=27712"},"modified":"2024-12-21T09:23:54","modified_gmt":"2024-12-21T15:23:54","slug":"fomenta-bienestar-animal-salud-publica-en-puerto-morelos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/fomenta-bienestar-animal-salud-publica-en-puerto-morelos\/","title":{"rendered":"FOMENTA BIENESTAR ANIMAL SALUD P\u00daBLICA EN PUERTO MORELOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quntana Roo, 21 de diciembre de 2024.&#8211; La Direcci\u00f3n de Bienestar Animal, perteneciente a la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente, Bienestar Animal y Movilidad Sustentable de Puerto Morelos, puso en marcha una campa\u00f1a de esterilizaci\u00f3n para la fauna en estado de calle, dio a conocer su titular, Dafne Garc\u00eda Pe\u00f1a.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Refiri\u00f3 que el objetivo primordial es contribuir a la salud p\u00fablica al evitar la reproducci\u00f3n de perros y gatos que dembulan por las calles, ya que generalmente padecen hambre, sed o enfermedades y est\u00e1n expuestos a accidentes, maltrato y hasta abuso sexual.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSe calcula que\u00a0 al menos 1 de cada 3 perros o gatos en el pa\u00eds no tiene un hogar digno, llegando a una cifra de 27 millones de animales en condici\u00f3n de calle\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En esta\u00a0 campa\u00f1a lograron esterilizar a 40 animales con la participaci\u00f3n de 7 M\u00e9dicos Veterinarios\u00a0 Zootecnistas (MVZ). Las cirug\u00edas se realizaron en un consultorio en Villas Morelos II. Para complementar los procedimientos de atenci\u00f3n, el comercio Mi Ranchito, de Leona Vicario, don\u00f3 desparasitante externo y la Veterinara del Puerto aport\u00f3 vacunas s\u00e9xtuples.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La directora de Binestar Animal, Centro de Control Animal, Asistencia y Zoonosis agradeci\u00f3 el apoyo de los m\u00e9dicos veterinarios, Galo Mac\u00edas L\u00f3pez, Daniela Xoxochtzin D\u00edaz Aceves, Guillermo Hern\u00e1ndez Guerrero, Fernando Bejarano,\u00a0 J\u00e9ssica Hazel Romero V\u00e1zquez y 2 de la organizaci\u00f3n Planned Pethood, Luis Angel Garc\u00eda Monroy y Jose Antonio Coavichi Fajardo, quienes de esa forma se suman al mejoramiento del municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las campa\u00f1as seguiir\u00e1n, sobre todo las de concientizaci\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n sobre la responsabilidad de adoptar una mascota y de los cuidados que requiere.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Por \u00faltimo, indic\u00f3 que tembi\u00e9n se les dar\u00e1 a conocer la Ley de Bienestar Animal del Estado de Quintana Roo, que estipula que se debe garantizar el bienestar de las mascotas, brindarles atenci\u00f3n, buen trato, manutenci\u00f3n, alojamiento, desarrollo natural, salud y evitar el maltrato, la crueldad, el sufrimiento, la zoofilia y la deformaci\u00f3n de sus caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas; asegurando la sanidad animal y la salud p\u00fablica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>-0-0-0-<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Puerto Morelos, Quntana Roo, 21 de diciembre de 2024.&#8211; La Direcci\u00f3n de Bienestar Animal, perteneciente a la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente, Bienestar Animal y Movilidad Sustentable de Puerto Morelos, puso en marcha una campa\u00f1a de esterilizaci\u00f3n para la fauna en estado de calle, dio a conocer su titular, Dafne Garc\u00eda Pe\u00f1a.
