Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 2 de diciembre de 2024.– La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz ratific\u00f3 hoy la decisi\u00f3n de que su gobierno siga trabajando junto con los diferentes sectores de la sociedad en la implementaci\u00f3n de estrategias que impulsen la eficiencia y transparencia gubernamental para generar un impacto positivo en el municipio.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Al tomar protesta a los integrantes del Consejo Municipal de Mejora Regulatoria de Puerto Morelos y presidir su primera sesi\u00f3n del periodo 2024-2027, dijo que la instalaci\u00f3n y funcionamiento de este \u00f3rgano colegiado es muestra fehaciente de la voluntad de trabajar de manera coordinada en la materia, pero no solo gobierno, sino tambi\u00e9n la sociedad civil organizada.<\/p>\n

\n

Asimismo, afirm\u00f3 que este ser\u00e1 un espacio plural en el que se proyecta la colaboraci\u00f3n entre la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, el sector empresarial y el acad\u00e9mico para evaluar programas y acciones en la materia, a fin de adoptar m\u00e9todos y buenas pr\u00e1cticas que permitan, como municipio, fortalecer la transparencia en el ejercicio gubernamental y mejorar la calidad de vida de los portomorelenses.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

En ese sentido, record\u00f3 que este mismo Consejo se instal\u00f3 desde la pasada administraci\u00f3n, derivado de un acuerdo de Cabildo por el cual, en septiembre de 2023, aprob\u00f3 el Reglamento de Mejora Regulatoria de Puerto Morelos, lo que evidenci\u00f3 el compromiso de promover un entorno normativo que facilite el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico, la inversi\u00f3n y mejora continua en la calidad de los servicios.<\/p>\n

Puerto Morelos est\u00e1 al d\u00eda y a la vanguardia en materia de mejora regulatoria, con un marco jur\u00eddico que permite avanzar cuantitativa y cualitativamente en la simplificaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites, reducir las cargas administrativas y promover un marco normativo que impulse la competitividad, innovaci\u00f3n e inversi\u00f3n en el municipio, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, invit\u00f3 a los miembros del Consejo a seguir trabajando para fortalecer la confianza de los\u00a0 ciudadanos en las instituciones p\u00fablicas y para que Puerto Morelos siga siendo referente de desarrollo sostenible y buena gobernanza.<\/p>\n

El Consejo Municipal de Mejora Regulatoria de Puerto Morelos, que encabeza la Presidenta Municipal y del cual es vicepresidente el secretario general del Ayuntamiento Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n, tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 integrado por regidores, secretarios y directores del diversas dependencias del Ayuntamiento, quienes luego de rendir protesta participaron en su primera sesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Andr\u00e9s Peralta Ramos, director de Mejora Regulatoria, quien funge como secretario t\u00e9cnico del Consejo, fue el encargado de presentar la propuesta de Plan de Trabajo en materia de mejora regulatoria, cuyo objetivo es promover la mejora de las regulaciones, leyes, reglamentos y manuales, cuyo contenido debe ser claro y representar beneficios mayores que sus costos.<\/p>\n

Todo eso traer\u00e1 como resultado eficacia y eficiencia en las dependencias de gobierno, de tal forma que los contribuyentes pasen el menor tiempo posible en las oficinas, donde los tr\u00e1mites deber\u00e1n ser \u00e1giles y contribuir a generar una econom\u00eda redituable que aporte al desarrollo econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n

De esa manera, se brindar\u00e1 certeza jur\u00eddica a los negocios que ya est\u00e1n operando y a las peque\u00f1as, medianas y grandes empresas que consideran a Puerto Morelos en sus planes de inversi\u00f3n, generando as\u00ed desarrollo econ\u00f3mico.<\/strong><\/p>\n
