Puerto Morelos, por conducto de la coordinaci\u00f3n de Capacitaci\u00f3n de la Direcci\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos implement\u00f3 el curso \u201cLegislaci\u00f3n aplicada y normatividad en tema de Bienestar Animal\u201d, como parte de la actualizaci\u00f3n en reglamentos y normas para atender de manera eficiente y puntual los llamados de la ciudadan\u00eda, coment\u00f3 la titular de la dependencia, Gabriela Soledad Concha Cahuich.<\/p>\n<p>Por instrucciones de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz la convocatoria fue dirigida a jueces c\u00edvicos, elementos de Seguridad Ciudadana, Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Bomberos, Direcci\u00f3n General de Medio Ambiente y Jur\u00eddico y tuvo lugar en la Sala de Juntas del Palacio Municipal.<\/p>\n<p>La bi\u00f3loga Mar\u00eda de Lourdes Souza Hern\u00e1ndez, directora de Biodiversidad y Bienestar Animal del Instituto de Biodiversidad y \u00c1reas Naturales Protegidas de Quintana Roo, ofreci\u00f3 mediante una videollamada una introducci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n sobre el trabajo que se realiza por parte del Estado y sobre la Ley del Equilibrio Ecol\u00f3gico y la Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente de Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, la MVZ Telma Dafne Garc\u00eda Pe\u00f1a, directora de Bienestar Animal, explic\u00f3 a los asistentes la operaci\u00f3n del Centro de Control Animal, las acciones de asistencia y zoonosis de la fauna callejera y dom\u00e9stica, adem\u00e1s del contenido del Reglamento de Protecci\u00f3n y Bienestar Animal de Puerto Morelos, las atribuciones de la dependencia y casos comunes que se reportan en el municipio.<\/p>\n<p>En su momento, el MVZ Efr\u00e9n Boilan, jefe de \u00e1rea de Bienestar Animal de la Procuradur\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente Zona Norte, habl\u00f3 de las 5 libertades de los animales: libre de hambre, sed y desnutrici\u00f3n; libre de miedos y angustia; de incomodidades f\u00edsicas o t\u00e9rmicas; de dolor, lesiones o enfermedades y libres para expresar las conductas propias de su especie.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, la coordinadora de Capacitaci\u00f3n en Puerto Morelos, puntualiz\u00f3 la importancia de conocer los procedimientos de protecci\u00f3n animal y de atenci\u00f3n a las denuncias de la ciudadan\u00eda para mantener los equilibrios de la naturaleza y conservaci\u00f3n en el
