{"id":27341,"date":"2024-11-21T14:16:47","date_gmt":"2024-11-21T20:16:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=27341"},"modified":"2024-11-21T14:16:47","modified_gmt":"2024-11-21T20:16:47","slug":"sesiona-el-comite-tecnico-de-movilidad-y-seguridad-vial-de-puerto-morelos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/sesiona-el-comite-tecnico-de-movilidad-y-seguridad-vial-de-puerto-morelos\/","title":{"rendered":"SESIONA EL COMIT\u00c9 T\u00c9CNICO DE MOVILIDAD Y SEGURIDAD VIAL DE PUERTO MORELOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 21 de noviembre de 2024.&#8211; A ra\u00edz del constante crecimiento poblacional de Puerto Morelos, que se aceler\u00f3 a partir del 2021, con la puesta en marcha de grandes obras de infraestructura impulsadas por los gobiernos Federal y del Estado, las demandas ciudadanas se han multiplicado, en especial en \u00e1reas fundamentales como la movilidad urbana, la cual tenemos en la m\u00e1s alta prioridad, manifest\u00f3 la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al intervenir en la Primera Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial de Puerto Morelos, subray\u00f3 que en ese tema, como en todos los que ata\u00f1en al sector p\u00fablicos, no se permite la improvisaci\u00f3n y es necesario un diagn\u00f3stico cierto, objetivo e institucional, que sea el punto de partida para la detecci\u00f3n de problemas en la materia.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A partir de eso, podremos construir, sociedad y gobierno, las soluciones concretas que demanda la realidad actual, continu\u00f3. Por eso estamos aqu\u00ed, para escuchar un primer avance del diagn\u00f3stico en la materia y tener las herramientas suficientes para la debida toma de decisiones.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, asegur\u00f3 que su administraci\u00f3n tiene al tema de la movilidad en el centro de la agenda p\u00fablica. Tan es as\u00ed, que en su primera sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, el pasado 30 de septiembre, el Cabildo aprob\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de la nueva Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente, Bienestar Animal y Movilidad Sustentable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Previamente, la titular de esa secretar\u00eda, Aim\u00e9e Regina Rodr\u00edguez Vivas, coincidi\u00f3 en que el crecimiento demografico y en las actividades econ\u00f3micas, en especial la tur\u00edstica, ha sido constante en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, haciendo necesario atender prioritariamente aspectos como la infraestructura para el transporte sostenible que mejore la calidad de vida de a los habitantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la sesi\u00f3n se present\u00f3 el primer avance de diagn\u00f3stico del estado de la infraestructura de movilidad, en el que se destacaron puntos la situaci\u00f3n del sistema vial primario, la situaci\u00f3n de la infraestructura peatonal, como banquetas y el transporte p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, se aprob\u00f3 el calendario de sesiones ordinarias para 2025, programadas para los meses de marzo, mayo, agosto y noviembre, sin descartar la realizaci\u00f3n de las sesiones extraordinarias que se consideren necesarias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En la sesi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n participaron Rodrigo Alcazar Urrutia, director del Instituto de Movilidad de Quintana Roo (Imoveqroo) y presidente del Comit\u00e9, funcionarios estatales y municipales, representantes de la sociedad civil, academia y colegios de
