2024.&#8211; \u201cEstamos convencidos de que el trabajo coordinado y con directrices claras nos llevar\u00e1 a seguir colocando a Quintana Roo como Estado en crecimiento, por eso desde Puerto Morelos nos sumamos a los esfuerzos que encabeza la gobernadora Mara Lezama con el Plan Estrat\u00e9gico de Desarrollo Sostenible de Quintana Roo 2025-2050\u201d, dijo la presidente municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La alcaldesa estuvo presente durante la Primera Sesi\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 de Planeacion Estrat\u00e9gica para el Desarrollo Sostenible de Quintana Roo 2025-2050, que encabez\u00f3 la mandataria estatal Mara Lezama junto con la titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas y Planeaci\u00f3n Martha Parroqu\u00edn, en la Biblioteca Nacional de la Cr\u00f3nica de Canc\u00fan.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese marco, refiri\u00f3 que desde el onceavo municipio se implementar\u00e1n acciones para que la ciudadan\u00eda participe en la consulta que se abre para tomar las opiniones y visi\u00f3n de los ciudadanos, que se reforzar\u00e1n con los sectores de la iniciativa privada, acad\u00e9micos y especialistas como el Instituto Latinoamericano y del Caribe de Planificaci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica y Social (ILPES), de la Comisi\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica para Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, la gobernadora Mara Lezama convoc\u00f3 a construir un plan bien fundado y\u00a0 ampliamente socializado, que refleje la voluntad ciudadana y no el capricho de un gobierno; un plan que se adpote y se defienda por ser un plan de vuelo acorde con nuestra realidad, aspiraciones y responsabilidad .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su momento, la titular de la Sefiplan, Martha Parroqu\u00edn, inform\u00f3 que el Plan Estrat\u00e9gico para el Desarrollo Sostenible de Quintana Roo 2025-2050, ser\u00e1 un instrumento gu\u00eda que establecer\u00e1 las bases para integrar, operar, dar seguimiento y evaluar las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas del Estado y sus municipios durante los proximos 25 a\u00f1os y debe ser observado por los Poderes Ejecutivo, Legislativo y Judicial, los \u00d3rganos P\u00fablicos Aut\u00f3nomos y los municipios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Finalmente, invit\u00f3 a los ciudadanos a participar por medio del Buz\u00f3n de Expresi\u00f3n Ciudadana y tambi\u00e9n contestando el Sondeo de Valores y Expectativas Quintanarroenses o en la plataforma digital &#8220;Participa en L\u00ednea&#8221; quintanarooparticipa.gob.mx<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
