{"id":26865,"date":"2024-10-15T13:27:24","date_gmt":"2024-10-15T19:27:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=26865"},"modified":"2024-10-15T13:27:24","modified_gmt":"2024-10-15T19:27:24","slug":"rapida-atencion-de-reportes-por-fallas-en-los-servicios-publicos-en-puerto-morelos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/rapida-atencion-de-reportes-por-fallas-en-los-servicios-publicos-en-puerto-morelos\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00c1PIDA ATENCI\u00d3N DE REPORTES POR FALLAS EN LOS SERVICIOS P\u00daBLICOS EN PUERTO MORELOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 15 de octubre.\u2013 Conforme a las instrucciones de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, las diferentes \u00e1reas del Ayuntamiento atienden puntualmente las denuncias y quejas de ciudadanas y ciudadanos portomorelenses, las cuales se refieren principalmente a servicios p\u00fablicos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Leonel Salazar Trejo, director de Servicios P\u00fablicos Municipales, dijo que es el caso de la denuncia que hace tres d\u00edas subi\u00f3 a su red social una ciudadana de esta cabecera municipal para solicitar la renovaci\u00f3n de l\u00e1mparas fundidas en el puente peatonal de Villas Morelos II, la cual fue atendida por el Departamento de Alumbrado P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo que ocurri\u00f3 es que las recientes lluvias y tormentas el\u00e9ctricas causaron un cortocircuito que fundi\u00f3 las l\u00e1mparas, cuya renovaci\u00f3n ya se concluy\u00f3, de tal forma que desde anoche los usuarios pueden cruzar una estructura bien iluminada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con el funcionario, se cambiaron 13 focos y un reflector tipo Led. En forma adicional se instalan 12 l\u00e1mparas tipo Led en los tramos laterales del puente, a la entrada\u00a0 salida de Puerto Morelos. Esos trabajos deben quedar listos hoy mismo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agradecemos la paciencia de los portomorelenses, quienes entienden que, una vez que se recibe el reporte, es necesaria una visita para constatar y evaluar el da\u00f1o. Una vez que se tiene esa informaci\u00f3n, se programa una cuadrilla para hacer la reparaci\u00f3n, que en este caso, incluy\u00f3 la iluminaci\u00f3n de los tramos laterales, manifest\u00f3.
