{"id":26640,"date":"2024-09-23T17:22:14","date_gmt":"2024-09-23T23:22:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=26640"},"modified":"2024-09-23T17:22:14","modified_gmt":"2024-09-23T23:22:14","slug":"manana-abre-la-consulta-sobre-instrumentos-de-planeacion-urbana-en-puerto-morelos-confirman-autoridades","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/manana-abre-la-consulta-sobre-instrumentos-de-planeacion-urbana-en-puerto-morelos-confirman-autoridades\/","title":{"rendered":"MA\u00d1ANA ABRE LA CONSULTA SOBRE INSTRUMENTOS DE PLANEACI\u00d3N URBANA EN PUERTO MORELOS, CONFIRMAN AUTORIDADES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 23 de septiembre de 2024.&#8211; El Consejo Municipal de Ordenamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano de Puerto Morelos llev\u00f3 a cabo hoy su IV sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria para presentar el Programa Municipal de Desarrollo Urbano de Puerto Morelos y el Programa de Desarrollo Urbano del Centro de Poblaci\u00f3n de Puerto Morelos, que a partir de este 24 de septiembre y hasta el 9 de octubre pr\u00f3ximo ser\u00e1n sometidos a consulta p\u00fablica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la sesi\u00f3n, presidida por Rolando Melo Novelo, secretario municipal de Desarrollo Urbano y Ecolog\u00eda, Miriam Madero G\u00f3mez, subsecretaria de Ordenamiento Territorial de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Territorial Urbano Sustentable (Sedetus), dijo que los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno trabajan de manera coordinada en temas de planeaci\u00f3n urbana y ambiental.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trabajamos tanto con el sector ambiental como con el urbano, ciudadanos, ejidos, academia, organismos empresariales y colegios de profesionales, afirm\u00f3. Los instrumentos de planeaci\u00f3n territorial, estatal, municipal y de los centros de poblaci\u00f3n buscan mejorar la calidad de vida, al orientar un crecimiento ordenado y planear la introducci\u00f3n de infraestructura y servicios p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy, las autoridades de Puerto Morelos deben garantizar los programas de Desarrollo Urbano y que sean instrumentos que permitan dictar pol\u00edticas, normas y una visi\u00f3n a corto, mediano y largo plazo. De ah\u00ed la importancia de participar, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A su vez, Edgar Buenrostro Salazar, director de Operaci\u00f3n Urbana de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (Sedatu), destac\u00f3 que desde 2022 esa dependencia impulsa una estrategia general por la planeaci\u00f3n territorial y financia la elaboraci\u00f3n de instrumentos de planeaci\u00f3n en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La agenda en Quintana Roo ha sido un reto porque tuvimos que acordar no solo con el sector urbano de los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno, sino tambi\u00e9n con el ambiental para intercambiar puntos de vista sobre la armonizaci\u00f3n entre los instrumentos de desarrollo urbano y ordenamiento territorial y ecol\u00f3gico, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la sesi\u00f3n, Lourdes Valdez, en representaci\u00f3n del Grupo Consultor PPI, present\u00f3 los Programas de Desarrollo Urbano de Puerto Morelos a los que se incorporaron observaciones y sugerencias planteadas por el Consejo Municipal de Ordenamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano, al igual que las fechas de la consulta p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Luego de se\u00f1alar que, durante la consulta p\u00fablica se podr\u00e1n hacer observaciones al documento, dijo que \u00e9ste se podr\u00e1 consultar en la p\u00e1gina www.todosplaneamos.mx a partir de ma\u00f1ana. La versi\u00f3n impresa estar\u00e1 disponible en el Centro Cultural y Museo de la cabecera municipal en un horario de 9:00 a 14:00 horas o en la parte alta de la Ventanilla \u00danica de Leona Vicario, de 9 de la ma\u00f1ana a 2 de la tarde en d\u00edas h\u00e1biles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Tambi\u00e9n expuso los diferentes formatos, digitales e impresos, en los que se pueden hacer las observaciones que se considere, las cuales deber\u00e1n ser respondidas en todos los casos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
