Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 19 de septiembre de 2024.– En el marco del D\u00eda Nacional de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y conforme a las disposiciones federales para fortalecer la cultura de la prevenci\u00f3n, la Coordinaci\u00f3n de Protecci\u00f3n Civil de Puerto Morelos organiz\u00f3 simulacros de situaciones de riesgo tanto en la cabecera municipal como en la delegaci\u00f3n de Leona Vicario.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

El primer simulacro fue sobre el colapso de estructura por explosiones en un edificio contiguo al Palacio Municipal, lo que motiv\u00f3 la evacuaci\u00f3n de alrededor de 65 servidores p\u00fablicos de diferentes dependencias, quienes fueron dirigidos por los brigadistas al punto de reuni\u00f3n para su resguardo y hacer el pase de lista. El reporte final fue la ausencia de dos empleados.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Los brigadistas se prepararon para la b\u00fasqueda y rescate de las personas que estaban lesionadas, una con heridas leves y la segunda con afectaciones mayores. Esta \u00faltima requiri\u00f3 una maniobra de rapel para ingresar por una zona alta del edificio para ser rescatada.<\/p>\n

El titular de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Guillermo Morales L\u00f3pez, junto con el equipo de la Coordinaci\u00f3n, rindi\u00f3 a la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, quien particip\u00f3 en el simulacro, el informe de la actuaci\u00f3n de salvamento.<\/p>\n

En este caso la llamada al n\u00famero de emergencias se registr\u00f3 a las 12:03 horas. Los cuerpos de salvamento se movilizaron y concluyeron su labor a las 12:32 horas, con el traslado de las v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n

Participaron directamente 14 brigadistas, 7 de ellos operativos y 7 del sistema de comando, adem\u00e1s de 2 patrullas de la Secretar\u00eda Municipal de Seguridad Ciudadana y una ambulancia, logrando un tiempo de rescate de 29 minutos. Una vez que se comprob\u00f3 que no hab\u00eda riesgos, se notific\u00f3 al personal que pod\u00eda retornar a sus labores.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cSeguimos trabajando para concientizar a la poblaci\u00f3n de que la prevenci\u00f3n es mejor que la reacci\u00f3n. Los simulacros nos permiten mostrar los riesgos que cotidianamente podemos tener y c\u00f3mo podamos enfrentarlos, con brigadas o equipos de apoyo en primeros auxilios y atenci\u00f3n de fuego, entre otros\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 Morales L\u00f3pez.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Asimismo, coment\u00f3 que, de igual forma, el equipo de guardavidas realiz\u00f3 un simulacro de rescate acu\u00e1tico en la playa frente al hotel Amar Inn, donde se hizo el salvamento de 2 mujeres, una con situaci\u00f3n de calambre en el mar y la segunda con inconsciencia.<\/p>\n

El tercer simulacro se organiz\u00f3 en la delegaci\u00f3n de Leona Vicario, donde se atendi\u00f3 una fuga de gas en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica, que se cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n del Cuerpo de Bomberos, para sofocar el fuego.<\/p>\n

Finalmente, Guillermo Morales indic\u00f3 que Puerto Morelos realiza trabajo permanente de capacitaci\u00f3n, tanto para los elementos de las corporaciones de seguridad y rescate como para la poblaci\u00f3n en general, para seguir apuntalando la prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos como parte de quehacer cotidiano.<\/strong><\/p>\n
