Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 3 de septiembre de 2024.– De manera responsable y con estricta disciplina financiera, el gobierno de Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz avanz\u00f3 en el pago de las deudas heredadas de la anterior administraci\u00f3n, afirm\u00f3 el s\u00edndico municipal Alberto Arelle Sergent.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Explic\u00f3 que luego de que se saldaron los adeudos millonarios con el Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT) y el Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria de Quintana Roo (SAT-Q), el gobierno de Puerto Morelos est\u00e1 al d\u00eda en los pagos con el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS).<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cSolo falta liquidar el adeudo con el IMSS, pero comenzamos a pagarlo luego de que en febrero de 2023 se suscribieron dos convenios con la instituci\u00f3n, para liquidar la deuda de la anterior administraci\u00f3n, que descont\u00f3 a los trabajadores las cuotas obrero-patronales de 2020 y 2021, pero omiti\u00f3 el pago correspondiente\u201d, expuso.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

De acuerdo con el S\u00edndico, en el primer convenio se reconoci\u00f3 el adeudo de 33 millones 517 mil 242.62 pesos, relativo a los seguros de riesgos de trabajo, enfermedad y maternidad, invalidez y vida.<\/p>\n

A cambio, se autoriz\u00f3 una pr\u00f3rroga para saldarlo en 72 mensualidades de 838 mil 978.25, de tal forma que el municipio terminar\u00e1 pagando 60 millones 406 mil 434 pesos. A la fecha se han cubierto 15 millones 101 mil 608.50 pesos.<\/p>\n

En el otro convenio se reconoci\u00f3 el adeudo de 30 millones 928 mil 972.72 pesos por cuotas no pagadas correspondientes al seguro de retiro, cesant\u00eda en edad avanzada y vejez.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n en ese caso se otorg\u00f3 un plazo para cubrir el adeudo, que fue de 52 meses, con pagos semestrales. Al t\u00e9rmino de ese plazo, se habr\u00e1n saldado 47 millones 148 mil 096.80 pesos, de los que se han pagado 11 millones 484 mil 559.90 pesos.<\/p>\n

Arelle Sergent enfatiz\u00f3 que la responsabilidad y rapidez con la que se actu\u00f3 en esta administraci\u00f3n evit\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n de las cajas y cuentas del Ayuntamiento, que habr\u00eda ca\u00eddo en la insolvencia econ\u00f3mica, y da certeza de pago a sus proveedores.<\/p>\n

Expuso que con el SAT se hered\u00f3 una deuda que, en junio de 2023, ya sumaba 33.1 millones de pesos por la omisi\u00f3n del pago del Impuesto Sobre la Renta (ISR) del periodo julio-diciembre de 2020. \u201cSi no pag\u00e1bamos, se corr\u00eda el riesgo de que nos embargaran participaciones, cuentas bancarias y que se intervinieran las cajas de la Tesorer\u00eda\u201d, record\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Para saldar el adeudo, y dado que el SAT no otorg\u00f3 descuentos ni condon\u00f3 multas, se gestion\u00f3 un anticipo de 20 millones de pesos de participaciones federales, a las que se sumaron 13 millones de recursos propios, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n

En el caso del SAT-Quintana Roo, record\u00f3 que se hered\u00f3 un adeudo por el Impuesto Sobre N\u00f3mina no pagado. En noviembre de 2020 sumaba 28 millones 776 mil 364 pesos y para agosto de 2022 ya ascend\u00eda a 36 millones 587 mil 234 pesos.<\/p>\n

\u201cGracias a que la Presidenta Municipal gestion\u00f3 con \u00e9xito una condonaci\u00f3n de casi 13 millones de pesos en recargos y cerca de 9 millones en multas, el monto baj\u00f3 a 14.8 millones de pesos, que se saldaron en agosto pasado, record\u00f3 el S\u00edndico.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
