{"id":26368,"date":"2024-08-30T20:11:55","date_gmt":"2024-08-31T02:11:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=26368"},"modified":"2024-08-30T20:11:55","modified_gmt":"2024-08-31T02:11:55","slug":"presenta-gobierno-de-puerto-morelos-su-atlas-de-riesgos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/presenta-gobierno-de-puerto-morelos-su-atlas-de-riesgos\/","title":{"rendered":"PRESENTA GOBIERNO DE PUERTO MORELOS SU ATLAS DE RIESGOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 30 de agosto de 2024.&#8211; La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz present\u00f3 el Atlas de Riesgos de Puerto Morelos, acompa\u00f1ada por el director general del Centro Nacional de Prevenci\u00f3n de Desastres (Cenapred), Enrique Guevara Ortiz; el Coordinador Estatal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil de Quintana Roo (Coeproc), Guillermo N\u00fa\u00f1ez Leal, y el coordinador municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Guillermo Morales L\u00f3pez.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En conferencia de prensa, llevada a cabo en la Sala de Cabildo del Palacio Municipal,\u00a0 la Alcaldesa indic\u00f3 que este instrumento es la base principal para salvaguardar la vida de las y los portomorelenses ante fen\u00f3menos naturales y para trabajar en un crecimiento y desarrollo ordenado.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEstamos dando pasos significativos en trabajos fundamentales para la seguridad de quienes vivimos en Puerto Morelos&#8221;, manifest\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Atlas de Riesgos es un compendio de informaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y geogr\u00e1fica vital para la planeacion y toma de decisiones estrat\u00e9gicas.\u00a0 Contiene an\u00e1lisis detallados de las zonas de riesgo del municipio, facilitando la detecci\u00f3n de zonas vulnerables, detall\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Refiri\u00f3 que es tambien\u00a0 resultado de un esfuerzo conjunto entre las autoridades locales y especialistas con el respaldo del Cenapred.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El documento permite estar mejor preparados ante cualquier eventualidad y aporta elementos para actuar de manera coordinada y eficiente, con menor tiempo de respuesta y optimizando recursos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el titular de Cenapred, Enrique Guevara Ortiz, reconoci\u00f3 el inter\u00e9s de la autoridad municipal por ser parte del 25 por ciento de los gobiernos municipales que cuentan con el Atlas de Riesgos y sumarse as\u00ed a esta plataforma nacional de la Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Riesgo que permitir\u00e1 tomar decisiones y medidas preventivas, de mitigacion y reconstrucci\u00f3n ante cualquier tipo de crisis que pudiera enfrentar Puerto Morelos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En tanto. Guillermo Morales, coordinador de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, resalt\u00f3 que a pesar de ser un municipio joven, Puerto Morelos est\u00e1 atento para atender la problem\u00e1tica\u00a0 de la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La seguridad debe basarse en la prevenci\u00f3n, que debe ser un h\u00e1bito de vida, as\u00ed como en la forma de gobernar, por ello, el Atlas Municipal de Riesgos es tambien un instrumento de planeaci\u00f3n para atender una emergencia, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La explicaci\u00f3n del contenido estuvo a cargo de Iv\u00e1n Alejandro Tun Flores, subdirector de Planeaci\u00f3n de la Coordinaci\u00f3n Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, quien refiri\u00f3 que este Atlas contiene mapas y escenarios de riesgo de posibles fen\u00f3menos perturbadores de tipo geol\u00f3gico, hidrometeorol\u00f3gico, sanitario, qu\u00edmico-biol\u00f3gico y sociorganizativo, que pueden impactar a la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El documento puede ser consultado en la plataforma de Cenapred..<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cabe destacar que en la conferencia estuvieron presentes el secretario general del Ayuntamiento, Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n; el s\u00edndico municipal, Alberto Arelle Sergent y el Secretario de Desarrollo Urbano y Ecolog\u00eda, Rolando
