{"id":26321,"date":"2024-08-26T15:07:45","date_gmt":"2024-08-26T21:07:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=26321"},"modified":"2024-08-26T15:07:45","modified_gmt":"2024-08-26T21:07:45","slug":"con-banderazos-para-arranque-de-obras-en-el-caso-antiguo-cumple-blanca-merari-compromisos-con-los-portomorelenses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/con-banderazos-para-arranque-de-obras-en-el-caso-antiguo-cumple-blanca-merari-compromisos-con-los-portomorelenses\/","title":{"rendered":"CON BANDERAZOS PARA ARRANQUE DE OBRAS EN EL CASO ANTIGUO, CUMPLE BLANCA MERARI COMPROMISOS CON LOS PORTOMORELENSES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 26 de agosto de 2024.&#8211; La presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz puso en marcha esta ma\u00f1ana en el Casco Antiguo, la pavimentaci\u00f3n de la calle Heriberto Fr\u00edas y la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del acceso a la playa en la vialidad Plutarco El\u00edas Calles, obras que consider\u00f3 \u201cfundamentales para construir el Puerto Morelos que todos queremos\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la calle Heriberto Fr\u00edas sostuvo que se trata de \u201cuna obra m\u00e1s que responde a las necesidades y al compromiso que asumi\u00f3 con cada uno de los portomorelenses\u201d,\u00a0 y destac\u00f3 que representa un avance significativo \u201cen la mejora de nuestra infraestructura vial y la calidad de vida de los vecinos\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La obra se ejecutar\u00e1 con materiales de calidad, no solo porque las condiciones de nuestras calles impactan directamente en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda de los usuarios, sino tambi\u00e9n para que duren y brinden una buena imagen a los visitantes, asever\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con el secretario municipal de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos, Axel Rosado Ram\u00edrez, en la calle Heriberto Fr\u00edas se pavimentar\u00e1n 970 m2 entre las vialidades Plutarco El\u00edas Calles y Leona Vicario con una capa asf\u00e1ltica de 5 cm de espesor y se aplicar\u00e1 pintura termopl\u00e1stica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a la rehabilitaci\u00f3n del acceso a la playa en la calle Plutarco El\u00edas Calles, Blanca Merari aclar\u00f3 que en total se mejorar\u00e1n seis accesos, como parte del compromiso por mantener y embellecer los espacios p\u00fablicos, que son el principal atractivo para los turistas y \u00e1reas para el disfrute de los portomorelenses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los trabajos en el primer acceso en el que se trabajar\u00e1 consistir\u00e1n en la colocaci\u00f3n de pisos de concreto estampado de 6 cm de espesor, que se integrar\u00e1 con un Deck de madera dura de la regi\u00f3n para brindar seguridad y duraci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de que sea est\u00e9ticamente agradable. Habr\u00e1 postes, luminarias, bancas, botes de basura y se\u00f1al\u00e9tica horizontal y vertical, incluyendo rampas e indicaciones para personas con discapacidad.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cQueremos que nuestras playas sean un espacio inclusivo, donde todas las personas puedan disfrutar del entorno con comodidad y seguridad\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rosado Ram\u00edrez explic\u00f3 que la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de los seis accesos se ejecutar\u00e1 con recursos del Derecho de Saneamiento Ambiental. La inversi\u00f3n global ascender\u00e1 a 13.7 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En esos eventos la Presidenta Municipal tambi\u00e9n estuvo acompa\u00f1ada por el s\u00edndico Alberto Arelle Sergent; Gladis Trujillo Salado, integrante del Comit\u00e9 Ciudadano de Obras y el empresario hotelero Emilio Mu\u00f1oz Vado, en el primer caso; F\u00e9lix Tornez, integrante del Comit\u00e9 Ciudadano de Obras; el empresario Mu\u00f1oz Vado y H\u00e9ctor L\u00f3pez, director general del hotel El Cid, en el segundo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
