Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 19 de agosto de 2024.- El Instituto Municipal de la Mujer (IMM), en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Comisi\u00f3n de B\u00fasqueda de Personas del Estado de Quintana Roo (CBPEQROO), convoc\u00f3 al curso \u201cProtocolo Homologado de B\u00fasqueda\u201d, dirigido a servidores p\u00fablicos, mismo que se llev\u00f3 a cabo en la Sala de Cabildo del Palacio Municipal.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Al respecto, Arlette Escudero Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez, directora general del IMM, destac\u00f3 la importancia de conocer las acciones y protocolos que se deben seguir ante los reportes o denuncias de extrav\u00edo o desaparici\u00f3n de una persona, por lo que agradeci\u00f3 la disposici\u00f3n de la CBPEQROO para impartir la capacitaci\u00f3n a cerca de 50 funcionarios municipales.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cComo servidores p\u00fablicos de atenci\u00f3n cercana a la poblaci\u00f3n debemos saber qu\u00e9 l\u00edneas de actuaci\u00f3n seguir y las instancias a las que debemos dirigir a familiares o personas cercanas que reportan una desaparici\u00f3n, a fin de coadyuvar en la b\u00fasqueda\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Por su parte, Yessenia Sosa G\u00f3mez, psic\u00f3loga de Atenci\u00f3n Ciudadana y Vinculaci\u00f3n con Organizaciones P\u00fablico Privadas del CBPEQROO, encargada de impartir el curso, explic\u00f3 que, en efecto, hay un protocolo aplicable en toda la entidad para agilizar la b\u00fasqueda y localizaci\u00f3n de personas. Se trata, b\u00e1sicamente, de mecanismos de comunicaci\u00f3n oportuna, que evitan burocratismos y papeleo.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cEn el curso les proporcionamos herramientas para una actuaci\u00f3n adecuada y para que distingan la diferencia entre personas extraviadas y desaparecidas o no localizadas y c\u00f3mo emitir las fichas de alerta\u201d, manifest\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

En ese contexto, explic\u00f3 los tipos de alerta que se emiten, como \u00c1mber, para todas las personas en general y Alba, para mujeres y ni\u00f1as no localizadas. La activaci\u00f3n se hace de forma inmediata, sin demoras y con previa evaluaci\u00f3n de las circunstancias del caso.<\/p>\n

Detall\u00f3 que, una vez que se emiten las alertas, se hace circular la informaci\u00f3n por redes sociales y se da paso a la b\u00fasqueda, adem\u00e1s de hacer contacto con las representaciones de la Comisi\u00f3n de B\u00fasqueda en los municipios o en los Estados.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, detall\u00f3 los procedimientos para notificar la localizaci\u00f3n de las personas, los cuales se basan en colores. El amarillo o naranja es para las personas que se han encontrado con vida, en tanto que los grises o negros significan que se localiz\u00f3 sin vida.<\/p>\n

En el curso estuvieron presentes la directora del Grupo Especializado en Atenci\u00f3n a V\u00edctimas de Violencia Intrafamiliar y de G\u00e9nero (Geavig), Daniela P\u00e9rez L\u00f3pez, y funcionarios de Seguridad Ciudadana, Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Desarrollo Social y del Sistema para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (DIF) de Puerto Morelos, entre otras dependencias.<\/strong><\/p>\n
