{"id":26172,"date":"2024-08-13T11:51:21","date_gmt":"2024-08-13T17:51:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=26172"},"modified":"2024-08-13T11:51:21","modified_gmt":"2024-08-13T17:51:21","slug":"creciente-interes-en-la-apertura-de-negocios-de-bajo-riesgo-en-puerto-morelos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/creciente-interes-en-la-apertura-de-negocios-de-bajo-riesgo-en-puerto-morelos\/","title":{"rendered":"CRECIENTE INTER\u00c9S EN LA APERTURA DE NEGOCIOS DE BAJO RIESGO EN PUERTO MORELOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 13 de agosto de 2024.- Gracias a las estrategias implementadas por el gobierno de Puerto Morelos en la Ventanilla \u00danica, se increment\u00f3 el n\u00famero de solicitudes para tr\u00e1mites de negocios en este 2024, entre refrendos y aperturas, principalmente en la cabecera municipal, manifest\u00f3 Andr\u00e9s Peralta Ramos, director de Mejora Regulatoria.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n proporcionada por el funcionario perteneciente a la Secretar\u00eda municipal de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Mejora Regulatoria, en lo que va del a\u00f1o se han recibido 505 solicitudes de bajo y mediano riesgo, superando por primera vez el umbral de los 400 expedientes que hist\u00f3ricamente ingresan a trav\u00e9s de la Ventanilla \u00danica a\u00f1o con a\u00f1o. A la fecha se han entregado 486 licencias de funcionamiento, lo que representa 96 por ciento de efectividad en la atenci\u00f3n otorgada a quienes ven en Puerto Morelos una oportunidad para invertir.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSeguimos evolucionando para hacer m\u00e1s \u00e1giles los tr\u00e1mites en un s\u00f3lo punto. Entre otras cosas, se otorgan facilidades a los empresarios e inversionistas, quienes ya nos ubican frente al Palacio Municipal, en la Plaza Oasis. Con eso tambi\u00e9n logramos un impacto en la regularizaci\u00f3n de los negocios establecidos para que obtengan sus licencias de funcionamiento\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, Peralta Ramos refiri\u00f3 que gran parte de los negocios abiertos est\u00e1n en la cabecera municipal, siendo en su mayor\u00eda de bajo riesgo, lo que atribuy\u00f3 al crecimiento que est\u00e1 teniendo la mancha urbana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Detall\u00f3 que en 2017, a\u00f1o en el que se abri\u00f3 la Ventanilla \u00danica, se recibieron 129 solicitudes de negocios y se concretaron 98; en 2021 , en el inicio de la administraci\u00f3n de la presidenta Blanca Merari Tziu, se tuvo un r\u00e9cord de 415 gestiones y la entrega de 360 licencias; mientras que en 2023 fueron 461 y 445, lo que represent\u00f3 un 97 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre los giros de bajo riesgo que m\u00e1s se registran est\u00e1n oficinas, restaurantes, papeler\u00edas, tiendas de abarrotes y de ropa. A los solicitantes se les da acompa\u00f1amiento y asesor\u00eda para el cumplimiento de los requisitos en Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Desarrollo Urbano y Tesorer\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Por \u00faltimo, el funcionario municipal reiter\u00f3 que la Ventanilla \u00danica trabaja tanto en Puerto Morelos como en Leona Vicario, de lunes a viernes de 8 a 16 horas.
