{"id":26090,"date":"2024-08-01T15:13:22","date_gmt":"2024-08-01T21:13:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=26090"},"modified":"2024-08-01T15:13:22","modified_gmt":"2024-08-01T21:13:22","slug":"presentan-primer-informe-del-sipinna-puerto-morelos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/presentan-primer-informe-del-sipinna-puerto-morelos\/","title":{"rendered":"PRESENTAN PRIMER INFORME DEL SIPINNA PUERTO MORELOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 1 de agosto de 2024.- El Sistema de Protecci\u00f3n Integral de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes (SIPINNA) de Puerto Morelos, present\u00f3 su primer informe de actividades, marco en el que el secretario general del Ayuntamiento, Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinosa Pay\u00e1n, destac\u00f3 que hay un firme compromiso por parte del gobierno municipal de fortalecer las acciones y pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que aseguren el bienestar y desarrollo pleno de los menores de edad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cComo sociedad tenemos la responsabilidad ineludible de crear un entorno seguro y propicio para el desarrollo de nuestros menores, ya que cada uno de ellos representa el futuro de nuestra comunidad y es nuestro deber garantizarles una vida digna, llena de oportunidades y libre de cualquier forma de violencia, explotaci\u00f3n y discriminaci\u00f3n\u201d, afirm\u00f3 durante la Primera Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del organismo, realizada en la Sala de Cabildo del Palacio Municipal.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Espinosa Pay\u00e1n agradeci\u00f3 el respaldo y coordinaci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda Ejecutiva del SIPINNA Quintana Roo, y la participaci\u00f3n de la sociedad civil, para lograr, en equipo, un ambiente de respeto, igualdad y justicia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, Ana Luisa Luna Ram\u00f3n, titular del SIPINNA Puerto Morelos, detall\u00f3 que se realizaron diversas capacitaciones dirigidas al personal que integra el organismo y funcionarios del Ayuntamiento en temas como: Pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas y promoci\u00f3n de los derechos de las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes; Fortalecimiento y armonizaci\u00f3n legislativa y normatividad; Prevenci\u00f3n del Trabajo infantil; as\u00ed como Trata de personas y explotaci\u00f3n sexual; entre otros temas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, la funcionaria municipal present\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n del programa \u201cGuardianes del Bienestar\u201d, con el prop\u00f3sito de identificar y detectar situaciones familiares que puedan estar vulnerando los derechos de las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes y, con ello, propiciar la atenci\u00f3n necesaria a trav\u00e9s de actividades l\u00fadicas, educativas y de confianza, en las que participar\u00edan diversas instancias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En tanto, Laura Ram\u00edrez Sauri, directora operativa y responsable de Transparencia de la SESIPINNA Quintana Roo, felicit\u00f3 a las autoridades municipales por la disposici\u00f3n para llevar a cabo en corto tiempo el trabajo interinstitucional, para la protecci\u00f3n de los menores en la entidad. Asimismo, resalt\u00f3 la importancia de que las y los funcionarios tengan una perspectiva de ni\u00f1ez y adolescencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria tambi\u00e9n se tom\u00f3 protesta a Gonzalo Calder\u00f3n Poot, cuarto regidor; Yazm\u00edn Vivas Medina, s\u00e9ptima regidora, y al Secretario Municipal de Seguridad Ciudadana, Alfredo Edgardo Valdez de Le\u00f3n, como\u00a0 nuevos integrantes del SIPINNA en el municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En el acto tambi\u00e9n participaron Ana Isabel Luna Garc\u00eda, Tesorera municipal; Adriana Nava, tercera regidora; Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Vera Uribe, sexto regidor; Aim\u00e9e Rodr\u00edguez Vivas, secretaria de municipal de Desarrollo Humano; y Guadalupe Diana Bonilla, jefa de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Fortalecimiento de SESIPINNA, entre otros.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
