{"id":26077,"date":"2024-07-31T13:42:48","date_gmt":"2024-07-31T19:42:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=26077"},"modified":"2024-07-31T13:42:48","modified_gmt":"2024-07-31T19:42:48","slug":"invitan-a-la-poblacion-de-puerto-morelos-a-aprovechar-la-jornada-de-subsidios-y-estimulos-fiscales-de-verano-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/invitan-a-la-poblacion-de-puerto-morelos-a-aprovechar-la-jornada-de-subsidios-y-estimulos-fiscales-de-verano-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"INVITAN A LA POBLACI\u00d3N DE PUERTO MORELOS A APROVECHAR LA JORNADA DE SUBSIDIOS Y EST\u00cdMULOS FISCALES DE VERANO 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 31 de julio de 2024.- Autoridades de Puerto Morelos reiteraron la invitaci\u00f3n a la ciudadan\u00eda portomorelense a aprovechar la Jornada de Subsidios y Est\u00edmulos Fiscales de Verano 2024, que inici\u00f3 el pasado 1 de julio y concluir\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 15 de agosto, para ponerse al corriente con tr\u00e1mites y pagos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al respecto, la directora de Ingresos, Alejandra Castillo Olmos, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la instrucci\u00f3n de la alcaldesa Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz es contribuir en la econom\u00eda de las familias portomorelenses y fortalecer las arcas municipales, con el objetivo de que esos recursos se vean reflejados en rubros como el de servicios p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La funcionaria record\u00f3 que durante la Jornada se ofrecen descuentos del 100 por ciento en multas de a\u00f1os anteriores en el Impuesto Predial y 50 por ciento en recargos cuando el valor del inmueble no exceda el equivalente a 20 mil Unidades de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n (UMAS), es decir, 2 millones 171 mil 400 pesos, siempre y cuando, en ambos casos, se trate de casas habitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, indic\u00f3 el Registro Civil mantiene el descuento del 25 por ciento en la expedici\u00f3n de copias certificadas municipales de actas de nacimiento, matrimonio, defunci\u00f3n y divorcio; igual porcentaje otorga Protecci\u00f3n Civil en multas por faltas no graves y el Catastro en los tr\u00e1mites de cambio de propietario, croquis de localizaci\u00f3n y constancia de nomenclatura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe mencionar que el Gobierno de Puerto Morelos, que encabeza la alcaldesa Blanca Merari, lleva a cabo a\u00f1o con a\u00f1o estas jornadas de subsidios y est\u00edmulos fiscales de verano, en apoyo a la econom\u00eda de las familias portomorelenses, siempre con el respaldo del Cabildo local, que es el encargado de aprobar la iniciativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Alejandra Castillo Olmos inform\u00f3 que los horarios de atenci\u00f3n a la poblaci\u00f3n son de 9 de la ma\u00f1ana a 4 de la tarde, de lunes a viernes, en las oficinas de la Tesorer\u00eda, ubicadas en la planta baja del Palacio Municipal, y en la Ventanilla \u00danica, a escasos metros del parque principal de la comunidad de Leona Vicario.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8212;&#8211;00000&#8212;&#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 31 de julio de 2024.- Autoridades de Puerto Morelos reiteraron la invitaci\u00f3n a la ciudadan\u00eda portomorelense a aprovechar la Jornada de Subsidios y Est\u00edmulos Fiscales de Verano 2024, que inici\u00f3 el pasado 1 de julio y concluir\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 15 de agosto, para ponerse al corriente con tr\u00e1mites y pagos.
