{"id":26042,"date":"2024-07-26T12:05:10","date_gmt":"2024-07-26T18:05:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=26042"},"modified":"2024-07-26T12:06:37","modified_gmt":"2024-07-26T18:06:37","slug":"gobierno-de-puerto-morelos-refuerza-campana-de-concientizacion-sobre-la-tenencia-responsable-de-mascotas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/gobierno-de-puerto-morelos-refuerza-campana-de-concientizacion-sobre-la-tenencia-responsable-de-mascotas\/","title":{"rendered":"GOBIERNO DE PUERTO MORELOS REFUERZA CAMPA\u00d1A DE CONCIENTIZACI\u00d3N SOBRE LA TENENCIA RESPONSABLE DE MASCOTAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 26 de julio de 2024.- La Direcci\u00f3n de Bienestar Animal de Puerto Morelos emprende acciones para concientizar a la poblaci\u00f3n sobre la tenencia responsable de mascotas, como establece el Reglamento de Protecci\u00f3n y Bienestar Animal del municipio, el cual indica, entre otros puntos, que se les deben brindar respeto y trato humanitario, indic\u00f3 la titular de la dependencia, Dafne Garc\u00eda Pe\u00f1a.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este contexto, indic\u00f3 que, en lo que va del a\u00f1o, se han registrado 37 denuncias ciudadanas en el municipio, 28 en la cabecera municipal, 8 en la Delegaci\u00f3n de Leona Vicario y 1 en Central Vallarta, principalmente por maltrato y mordida de perros que deambulan por las calles a pesar de tener due\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cDebido a que las denuncias aumentaron, implementamos pl\u00e1ticas de educaci\u00f3n sobre las normas que protegen a perros, gatos y otros animales dom\u00e9sticos y silvestres que se tienen en el hogar, a fin erradicar todo tipo de maltrato y crueldad, adem\u00e1s de difundir las sanciones que se aplican ante su incumplimiento, que van desde llamados y multas, hasta la detenci\u00f3n de la persona, si el caso lo amerita\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dafne Garc\u00eda destac\u00f3 que, adem\u00e1s de las pl\u00e1ticas, se llevan a cabo campa\u00f1as de desparasitaci\u00f3n interna y externa de los animales. S\u00f3lo en el mes de junio atendieron a 200 mascotas en la cabecera municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, la funcionaria destac\u00f3 la importancia de mantener la regulaci\u00f3n y control de quienes tienen en posesi\u00f3n una mascota, a fin de garantizar la salud p\u00fablica en el municipio.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa tenencia responsable de mascotas tiene que ver con los cuidados, responsabilidad y compromisos que conlleva tener un animal de compa\u00f1\u00eda como mascota, para que \u00e9sta viva en armon\u00eda y con bienestar\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Finalmente, reiter\u00f3 la necesidad de conocer el Reglamento de Protecci\u00f3n y Bienestar Animal, que tiene por objeto proteger a los animales, garantizar su bienestar y sanidad, atenci\u00f3n, buen trato, manutenci\u00f3n, alojamiento, desarrollo natural, salud, adem\u00e1s de evitar el maltrato, la crueldad, el sufrimiento, la zoofilia y la deformaci\u00f3n de sus caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
