{"id":25998,"date":"2024-07-22T10:06:19","date_gmt":"2024-07-22T16:06:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/?p=25998"},"modified":"2024-07-22T10:06:19","modified_gmt":"2024-07-22T16:06:19","slug":"con-el-programa-cerca-de-ti-gobierno-de-puerto-morelos-fortalece-el-bienestar-social","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puertomorelos.gob.mx\/comunicacionsocial\/con-el-programa-cerca-de-ti-gobierno-de-puerto-morelos-fortalece-el-bienestar-social\/","title":{"rendered":"CON EL PROGRAMA \u201cCERCA DE TI\u201d, GOBIERNO DE PUERTO MORELOS FORTALECE EL BIENESTAR SOCIAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 22 de julio de 2024.\u2014 Ante el compromiso de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, en el sentido de mantener un gobierno cercano a la gente, hace un a\u00f1o se implement\u00f3 el programa \u201cCerca de ti\u201d, con el cual se cumpli\u00f3 ese objetivo y se contribuye al bienestar social, indic\u00f3 Leonel Salazar Trejo, director general de Servicios P\u00fablicos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cGracias a que la Presidenta Municipal valora el contacto directo con la ciudadan\u00eda, el programa se mantiene vigente y, dados sus resultados, continuar\u00e1 hasta el \u00faltimo d\u00eda de la administraci\u00f3n 2021-2024\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con el funcionario, s\u00f3lo este a\u00f1o llevan atendidos m\u00e1s de 1,500 reportes ciudadanos, entre ellos fallas en el alumbrado p\u00fablico, ramas de \u00e1rboles que caen por desgajamientos, la necesidad de podar otros ante el riesgo de que revienten l\u00edneas el\u00e9ctricas, animales muertos, pozos del drenaje pluvial obstruidos, baches y basura acumulada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Leonel Salazar asegur\u00f3 que todos los reportes sobre temas que corresponden a Servicios P\u00fablicos reciben la atenci\u00f3n debida; los dem\u00e1s son canalizados a las \u00e1reas correspondientes, como Aguakan y Red Ambiental, empresas concesionarias del servicio de agua potable y de disposici\u00f3n final de los residuos s\u00f3lidos, respectivamente, as\u00ed como la Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Electricidad (CFE).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, dijo que los ciudadanos que deseen presentar un reporte pueden enviar su mensaje al n\u00famero de WhatsApp 9986955411. La recomendaci\u00f3n es acompa\u00f1ar el mensaje con fotograf\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proceso se pone en marcha una vez que se recibe la informaci\u00f3n. Primero, se ponen en contacto con el ciudadano, atienden su reporte y, una vez terminado el trabajo, se le informa que su solicitud fue atendida.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEn \u2018Cerca de ti\u2019 participamos todo el personal de Servicios P\u00fablicos, unos 120 trabajadores, entre los de Leona Vicario y los de la cabecera municipal, quienes contamos con seis veh\u00edculos para desplazarnos a los puntos donde se trabajar\u00e1\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Abund\u00f3 que el programa naci\u00f3 por el compromiso de la Presidenta Municipal de hacer algo que beneficiara a los habitantes de las colonias. \u201cTambi\u00e9n pusimos en marcha el programa \u2018Limpiemos tu colonia\u2019, para la atenci\u00f3n de puntos espec\u00edficos con la participaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores de esta dependencia, secretarios, directores y personal de sus
